“I initially only booked for one night. But then I decided to stay another night. The host was so nice and welcoming. The room was super comfy and the bed was even more comfortable! The host offered me a discount for the 2nd day which was amazing! Overall one of the best lodges I've ever stayed at! Highly recommended!”

“Good experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. Short walk to the city and lots of good choices / places to eat. Had dinner at Prego which was less than 10 minutes away and the meal was excellent in every way.”

“These guys helped us out of a bind when our other accommodation cancelled our booking. They were friendly to deal with. The location being directly beside Spark Arena was really good - a very short walk home after Morgan Wallen. The rooms are pretty standard but the tiled bathroom was excellent. The water pressure was very good. Overall a good place to stay if you're simply using it as a base for a city trip, it's a shame the bar is currently closed.”

“Fantastic. I had a flight change and landed needing a room after midnight. 24hr check-in free transfer shuttle from airport (and back next morning for connecting flight. Only 10 mins from airport. Friendly staff, tidy clean rooms. I was very relieved and will definitely make the same choice next time.”

“I chose this place for its central location and was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful it was. The staff were welcoming and accommodating and the room was very comfortable, with all the amenities for a long-term stay including a washing machine, dryer, oven, and mini dishwasher. I would definitely book this place again if I were to return to Auckland.”

“I stayed for 2 nights at Takanini Park Motor Lodge and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very helpful, especially the manager who went out of the way to make sure everything was comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the location is convenient with easy parking. Definitely going to stay here again in the future...”

“I stayed at Park Ave Residence as a long term tenant and I must say my stay there was wonderful. The staff were friendly, warm and was always available. The facilities was well looked after by the cleaning staff who did a wonderful job. Some tenants needed to learn how to clean up after themselves but apart from that I would recommend Park Ave Residence anytime. It was handy to town and public transport and the view from the room I was in was awesome. I was is Rm 312. If ever I travel back to Auckland and need a place to stay I will be calling Park Ave Residence.”

“We booked a two bedroom suite for 4 adults and we were each very happy with our overall stay and the affordability. Despite some issues I had with booking.com itself the staff here were wonderful! I would have given 5 stars for service however we had trouble calling through a few times for the concierge, thankfully once we arrived the receptionist was very accomodating and efficient. Comfortable beds, amazing view off the balcony, clean room and half of us went and enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Thank you all - we will be staying again in future ☺️”

You instantly feel welcomed. The room was clean, modern, and really comfortable the bed was amazing and everything felt fresh and well looked after. It had everything we needed and was a perfect place to relax after a long day. Great location, great vibes, and overall just a really enjoyable stay. “We stay at the poenamo hotel often. We live in Brisbane and come home often. We stay here because the rooms are comfortable and roomy. The bathroom is good and kitchenette perfect for vogels toast and tomato in the morning. The price is reasonable and location perfect. Easy access to the motorway. Good food close by. “I’ve booked a stay with Ascotia now several times previously and my experience staying with them was always very positive, their rooms are nice and always cleaned immaculately. Considering the price they are an extremely affordable option and my go to if ever I’m needing a hotel room in the CBD. They are conveniently located within a short walking distance to many ammenities. Short walking distance from both Queen street area as well as Kroad area. If anybody is seeking an affordable option for accommodation they would always be my first recommendation! ☺️”

“I stayed at The Boulevard Hotel and was honestly surprised by how good it was for the price. For only around $100 a night, you get a clean, comfortable room with plenty of space, a good bed, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. It feels like you’re getting way more value than what you pay. The location is perfect — close to shops, cafes, and main attractions, so you’re never more than a few minutes away from anything. It’s convenient whether you’re here for business or just exploring the area. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. Overall, The Boulevard Hotel is great if you want strong value without overpaying. I’d definitely stay again.”

“Sufficient for staying a night or two. Central tobeverything in yhe cbd. Service is okay, desk manned continuously although they don't say much when you are coming and going. Studio room is small bit sufficient. I don't like that you have to step up to go into the small bathroom, will be a trip hazard during the night. Good price and good value though.”

“Allenby motel is in the ideal spot in terms to two great shopping malls. Hunters Plaza shopping mall is 10 minutes walk. In the other direction is Manukau shopping mall is 20 minutes walk. There is a bus stop right outside the motel. There is a great skate park inside the park.”
