   Like others have already stated, staff were friendly and welcoming when checking in. Hotel looked positive from the outside, but when entering the room, it was clear that the owner, has just let the place go, bathroom stank, broken shower head, missing tea towel in kitchen, cutlery wasn't in order, dishes still wet, e.t.c Beds were uncomfortable. When checking out, which is really the most important time for staff to be around, there was no one to be seen, which makes me think strategically, they are ducking any customer complaints.

   Rooms are very poorly insulated; was cold & could hear everything from the room next door as well as all the traffic sounds. Small heater by the door only runs for an hour & does nothing to heat the room; also there was no running water

   A pleasant stay. Staff were friendly,, however, housekeeping was disappointing. The bed wasn’t made, dishes weren’t done and nothing was restocked other than bathroom linen.

   The staff were very nice except the housekeeper walked in when we were in bed. The beds were comfy, shower is great but the fridge was very loud and the TV turned on at 4am on full volume. Would recommend

   Good service. My partner booked us in here with our two kids on our travels as we were tired of driving. We were grateful they came to reception and we managed to book a room late. However the room we had, had two holes being patched on the walls half fixed, scuffs on the walls throughout, the valance on the bed was clearly dirty and room in general needed a much needed deep clean. The highlight of our stay was the bath/spa. Ideal location close to Albany shops and centre.

   The location is great. My family has stayed in this place in 2916 and 2018. At the end of 2022 we can definitely assure that the place is dated and has gone down in quality. The carpet, furniture and toilet require replacement. The service is down the drain. We had two units for 2 weeks period. For a whole week we had no service at all and had to ask for new towels that we replaced ourselves, we were doing the beds in the morning, and when asked about rubbish collection we were given new bags so we threw the rubbish full bags in the big bin outside and replaced the bags ourselves!!! I don’t think I will stay in this place again unless it is renovated and managed in a professional manner.

   Me & my partner paid $170 (1 night) to stay in a room that absolutely stunk of cigarettes, was not clean, light bulbs all missing & dodgy people hanging around trying to sell us stuff. Will definitely not be coming back here again & wasting our money!

   Dated. Had to move rooms, the room I was in was not vacuumed, bed was broken, beds not made. 2nd room not much better. Stayed here 3 weeks with 15 year old daughter under emergency housing. IYKYK. Advise against bringing children here of any age. Unsafe. Loud at night. Visible drinking. Could smell drug smoke. Owner, although well meaning was drunk daily. Incoherent. Was glad to leave when I did. If you're offered this place by WINZ, refuse.

   Clean and well appointed rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Owner/Manager a very kind and accommodating man. On site laundry and all amenities are there. However there are some quite unsavory characters also seeming to be living there full time that made it a sleepless night.. (emergency housing guests?) Would recommend ear plugs for prospective guests at this time, as the noise from other guests was quite loud all night.

   This is a good motel. Our room was very clean and tidy with a reasonably modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. Good shower, fluffy towels, and all the facilities you could need. Very conveniently located across the road from a strip of great Asian restaurants. The WiFi is unlimited and although occasionally patchy was good enough for me to work from the room. Would definitely stay here again.
