“Our room was amazing, it had a best view and very clean. Everything is in there, you can find kitchenette there too. The bed is clean and very comfortable. And there’s an air condition as well. Our stay for one night was awesome. We got there late as and the receptionist was really awesome, she greeted us with a smile and welcome us. Overall everything was amazing. If you’re looking for a hotel to stay while up here in Auckland for work or leisure just try them. You won’t be disappointed. And it’s affordable too.”

“We have used Mt Richmond hotel multiple times over the years. Never had any issues or anything that can't be fixed. Staff always are friendly and willing to help. Food at the restaurant is constantly good and tastes yummy. The chiefs always pop out to check how the meals going. Would recommend to anyone. Bonus there's a pool and hot tub.”

“Great place for Corporate accommodation. We stayed for 7 days and had a wonderful experience. All the services given by them were absolutely fantastic and rooms were clean and tidy. All the amazing attractions are nearby and just 15 kms from international Airport. walking distance for the shopping centers,restaurants and bars. Five stars to the motel from my side.”

“Well furnished rooms with everything that we needed. Set up had 2 single beds at the top of a steep staircase but also had a fold out bed downstairs which was great for our younger children. Great stay, thank you!”

“Staying here for the past 10 months. It's one of the best places to be with! You'll never get over the classic ceilings, wooden carvings and the city views. Currently the Aotea Station is being constructed next to this building. When the Aotea stations opens here by 2023, this building will probably be one of the best places to live in, at Auckland!”

“Lovely Convenient Location, Lovely Service; Lovely Staff, Clean and Comfortable, Has it’s Own Fridge, Microwave, Dishes, Cutlery, Iron for the Clothes, Wifi and Tv, a Fan and Dehumidifier, a Lovely Pool, Towels and Other Condiments. Quiet, and kid friendly. Lovely for a Couple Retreat. Highly Recommend.”

The whole stay, she was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. She has the outstanding hospitality services, keep up the genuine energy. “We stayed the night before our early flight in the family unit- 3 adults and 2 children. The room was very spacious for all of us and our bags. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. The area was quiet. The staff were amazing, helpful, accommodating. They even had scales we used to weigh our bags. The airport transfers were easy. Felt fine leaving the car for a week with them. My only suggestion would be to put a mirror in the bedroom as there was only 1 mirror in the bathroom.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Touchwood Motor Inn in Remuera, Auckland! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade since the original room we booked was a bit too small for our group of four. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, allowing us to enjoy our stay even more. The location is also convenient, close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Auckland!"”

The staff were welcoming and accommodating and the room was very comfortable, with all the amenities for a long-term stay including a washing machine, dryer, oven, and mini dishwasher. I would definitely book this place again if I were to return to Auckland.”

“These guys helped us out of a bind when our other accommodation cancelled our booking. They were friendly to deal with. The location being directly beside Spark Arena was really good - a very short walk home after Morgan Wallen. The rooms are pretty standard but the tiled bathroom was excellent. The water pressure was very good. Overall a good place to stay if you're simply using it as a base for a city trip, it's a shame the bar is currently closed.”
