   This hotel is rated way too low! Not sure the complaints or the fuss but I had a very pleasant experience here. They offer complimentary shuttle from and to the airport with clear instructions how to book it and where to find it. They even offer a WhatsApp booking option for foreigners and are very quick to respond. Shuttle was prompt both times. Room was comfortable with windows and a door that opens for fresh air. I do wish the shower was a bit better as it was very low pressure low. But all in all for one night near the airport the convenience and price and comfort could not be beat.

   Booked for one night. Located just out of Auckland airport with a free shuttle service, Room Clean large, Bed Comfortable, Good Shower. Bar prices good. Shuttle service excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. Good communication. Price wise superb. ******

   Don’t understand why there are so many negatives. This is a charming hotel with rooms that open onto gardens. The shuttle service to and from the airport is great. Although it’s not posh, the restaurant serves excellent food with the steak being especially good. This is our 2nd stay here and would recommend it to anyone who needs a night stop in Auckland for the airport

   Fantastic. I had a flight change and landed needing a room after midnight. 24hr check-in free transfer shuttle from airport (and back next morning for connecting flight. Only 10 mins from airport. Friendly staff, tidy clean rooms. I was very relieved and will definitely make the same choice next time.

   Not really a hotel, staff on the admin desk were friendly. The accommodation was lacking sadly. My room was an odd mix of lovely modern ( bathroom and bed) however the furniture ( table, tv stand, bedside cabinets and stand alone wardrobe) were all very dated. Reminded me of furniture from the 1970s. Looked like they were all picked up second hand. Didn't realize the restaurant didn't offer breakfast. Shuttle service options limited. Massive pile of laundry bags sitting in view of the main dated corridor with back door open the whole time I was there. Didn't feel particularly secure and visually unappealing. We rebooked elsewhere for our return to Auckland. Reasonably close to airport and quite cheap compared to others but we decided it was worth paying a little bit more for somewhere visually appealing, with shuttle and breakfast availability.

   The chain link fence around the property with 3 dumpsters located right at the gate set the tone for what we had to expect. McDonald's nearby because the property was strewn with their trash wrappings. Unkempt landscaping with weeds interlaced in the chain link. Doors propped open for remodeling and used laundry bags lined the hallway. Surprisingly, the room seemed clean, so otherwise, probably would have left at this point. Thumbs up for the maid/clean crew. The room was low-end furnished, and the portable heater provided just adequate heat for the winter conditions.

   The rooms are tacky, not what is represented in the photos. You can hear your neighbour's doors slamming people talking loudly. Thank goodness we only stayed one night I wouldn't recommend it. The only bonus is the free shuttle but other then that it's not worth it.

   The bed was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. Unfortunately, as others have mentioned - quite run down, lots of cigarette butts in the weedy garden. Bathroom floods when the showers used, room was very tired and in desperate need of tlc. The room was very cold, and we could hear other doors closing all up and down the hallway, which woke us anywhere from about 5am

   Excellent value for money. Spacious and clean room for an extremely reasonable price. Lovely, helpful staff. Great, free, shuttle. Didn't eat in the restaurant but the meals I saw looked good.

   The only good things about this place was the bed was comfortable and the free airport shuttle, otherwise steer clear. Avoid this place. The entire condition of this place is very tired and not very clean. The locals use the bar and gaming lounge like a local pub. The dining restaurant as they call it had half a dozen large round tables so if it were busy you would have to share. The menu was very limited and the food was small, over cooked and under seasoned, when I informed the staff of my meal being inedible they offered me tomato sauce. Although the bed was comfortable it was the only thing going for the place, the pool is green, the gardens are overgrown and full of weeds. The door to our room banged all night to the point where we jammed it with a towel. The staff were friendly enough but that was about the only positive for the place. If you only want a bed for the night and nothing else than its a cheap nights sleep and a handy ride to the airport.
