This is the worst experience ever ever ever! First of all, they require my bank card details. OMG, that my personal information, how can I put myself to the risk of being scammed. So of course, I refuse to give them. Then they told me that I need to pay the bond $100. I already canceled my bank payWave, but their eftpos still suck my money in the distance around 5cm. That made me feel very unsafe. Now, I already cut my bank card for safety. The whole place looked very rough. The corridor is airless. I wonβt recommend this place to stay. If you still plan to stay in this hotel, good luck then!

The hotel was tidy most guest seemed pretty satisfied with the service different team members as I finish work at 4.am was flexible and quite the room was boiling it was so hot however as a guest the hotel was quite and I was able to maintain privacy due to meditation and self awareness unfortunately I was bared from continuing extensions to lengthy Brookings due to dress code and manners, edicate and dressing appropriately. The amenities are at arm's reach and the location is perfect except that kiwi international is located on the top of queen street and could be a hazard due to lb ambitions and steep walking from Auckland renowened CBD. Overall I was happy to stay.

Itβs in middle of hill so if you have huge heavy luggages, should get a transport right in front! Room Iβve got was quite tiny and single bed. No TV, but wifi access was pretty good. Sharing bathroom was reasonably clean. All carper doesnβt smell fantastic but as this price, what can you say. Common dining area got a bending machine and microwave, and toaster

The rooms are really good considering its price. While the walls are quite thin, its really okay though considering the price. Service is very limited other than cleaning. No room service, there's a microwave, two toasters, and a vending machine which is useful enough but considering its location surrounded by restaurants, its not really worth it to buy the snacks there.

Kiwi International is a very budget-friendly, basic accommodation β perfect if you just need a place to crash for the night. Itβs in central Auckland, which is super convenient. Parking is limited, but thereβs a Wilson car park not too far away. The room, linen, and bathroom were clean. The shower had great pressure and the water temperature was just right. Milk and tea sachets were provided, but there was no toaster or microwave.

First front step of the entrance is cracked and lifting so not a great start. Our floor stank of cigarette smoke. Had to problem solve toilet that wasn't working. Positive note, it was dry and warm on a rainy day.?? Got what we paid for.

The rooms are very basic, small, lumpy pillow, but clean. But the location for a budget hotel is excellent and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby to eat. Would I go there again? Probably not, unless I was on a tight budget, but maybe for one night.

The room is really small, But this hotel has Many toilets and showers. Staffs were very kind as well. To be honest, I kinda like the small room and the hotel's aged look. Vintage

We were greeted by a lovely young lady who was very helpful. Bed was comfy and the room adequate for what we required. Was rather warm so really didn't require all the bedding. Pillows could be updated. Young man on reception this morning was disinterested. Seemed more focused on the computer screen. All in a nice place to stay.

Good location, otherwise the hotel is pretty standard, nothing fancy. Could definitely need a makeover... Complementary coffee and tee, which is nice. Also there is a kettle and a fridge, which was useful. The Room was very clean. Some basic things are missing though, e.g. a shampoo rack for the shower or a toilet brush. One big minus is the terrible back and neck pain that both me and my girlfriend woke up with on both days. We are in our mid-20s and never experienced something like that before... we think it was probably due to the very worn out mattress. If you have orthopedic problems, we recommend to stay away
