Absolutely appalling motel. Run down and dirty ,with the rudest staff I have ever met at any hotel. Then to top it off they attempted to extort money for a laptop and couple clothing items left in the room. Absolute swindlers. Had to involve police to try get the items returned. Stay well clear of this lot
Smita was so lovely and accommodating with our short-notice cancellation of the intended 2nd and 3rd night due to medical reasons. She was very welcoming and communication was easy throughout the entire process.
People are lovely, rooms need a bit of work but good for the price
I do not recommend this accommodation. We were a walk in. We were very disappointed as we paid almost the price of a hotel. The room was not vacuumed properly and the table and counters were sticky. There weren’t enough glasses. We couldn’t even bring ourselves to sit. We left and requested a refund. Management refused to give us any form of refund. Not much to say for customer service.
I would not recommend staying here. The room was nothing like the photos. The carpet in the room I was staying in old, stained and was lifting in places. There are windows in the ceiling (part of the design of the building) and so the room is bright day and night. Unable to access pool or ‘gym room’ during my stay. Bed was very uncomfortable.
Average at best. Booked via online site, only to realise that I could have saved me $30 if I had just booked with them directly. The room doesn't really look like the photos. Very old interior. Lady at desk was nice, and allowed us to check in 3hrs early for a $30charge. We had to book last minute, if we had more time we definitely would have chosen somewhere else.
28 January 2023. Words can't describe how Unkept, dirty, run-down, old the rooms and entire establishment is as of today's date. The bed literally had a sheet and a bedspread that was impossible to sleep under. NO, Zero, Nothing in air conditioning. I DO NOT recommend this motel at all.
Absolutely horrified at the state of this place. Certainly not worth the 300$ I paid for the night. Room wasn't available, had to split my kids into a separate room. Dirty, NO SMOKE ALARM, mold, dirty disgusting state. You should be embarrassed. Definitely NOT as shown in the pictures. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Want my money back
