   Great location, and easy to get to transport wise. The front desk staff were delightful. The room - very below standard. Stained pillows, hair in the bed, shower door broken, mouldy/dirty bathroom ceiling, internet not working on the TV (I had to hotspot using my own data). Very noisy neighbours in the rooms close by. I got uber eats for dinner as the restaurant did not cater very well for alternate requirements. All n all it's ok if you're not fussy and you need a bed for the night, it presents well. They have a yellow bus service to and from the airport. I won't be staying here again. Thank you for your lovely service. A smile goes a long way.

   I guess I get what I pay for but I do not recommend this place. I paid for 2 nights, first night I got there the room across from me was having a party and were drunk and loud. I did raise the issue to the receptionist at the time and she changed my room which was nice. The cleaner was right outside my room the next morning I was going to do some errands and I politely asked her if she wanted me to leave the door open but she gave me attitude and was so rude. When I came back I noticed My towels and sheets were not replaced. So I decided to stay elsewhere and not stay the full time I paid for.

   This motel is the worst I have ever stayed at. We're told we could come in at 2pm so we arrived and told no at 3pm. The room booked was a deluxe with king bed. Had 3 singles obviously had to push 2 together. The place is a dump. Not enough towels, shower door rubber broken so doesn't seal, ranch slider door handle to outside broken. No

   I've stayed here 3 times now. Every time the staff have been so kind, helpful and accommodating. The free shuttle service to the airport is a great offer and I use it every time. The detox water in the foyer is a highlight ✨ The free car storage is a great service again. Many reasons to return. There's also a restaurant that provides food, as an added bonus. I will definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

   We stayed at this motel three times over a two-week period, and unfortunately, each stay got progressively worse. Our first night was fine, no issues at all. However, on our second stay in a different room, we woke up to find a bed bug, which we photographed and reported to reception the next morning. A few days later, several of us who stayed began noticing bed bug bites, so we reached out to the motel to cancel our upcoming booking and provided photos, timestamps, and location data. The response we received was dismissive — we were told no refunds were available and that the photos “weren’t from their motel.” Despite the proof we sent, the only reply was, “See you when you stay.” Since we couldn’t get a refund, we reluctantly stayed again for the third and final time, and experienced even more issues: Not enough towels were provided for the number of guests booked. One room’s shower drain was blocked, leading to flooding across the bathroom floor. After reporting it, housekeeping came about 30 minutes later and said a plumber would be called. Another 30 minutes after that, they returned to say no plumber would be coming and attempted to clean it themselves, leaving the mess in the room bin. The kettle was dirty, with black particles floating inside. The microwave didn’t work properly and failed to heat baby bottles needing to be sterilised. While I want to note that the night reception staff were friendly and genuinely tried to help, the overall experience was extremely poor — from hygiene concerns to maintenance issues and a disappointing response to a serious bed bug problem. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this motel based on our experience.

   Stayed one night, it’s comfortable for just a stopover. My room was clean, the bed and toilet and sinks were pristine. Check in was seamless. Just a few things - I didn’t use the showers but I noticed an opening in the ceiling where there’s black mold, and the extra blanket in the closet had brown stains and smears on it when I opened it up to use. Probably needs better laundering. Also there was a constant loud squeaking sound from the corridors that echoed at regular intervals through the night, not sure what that was but it didn’t make for great sleep. There seems to be an extra charge on my card before I arrived from the price on my booking confirmation, maybe it was tax but they didn’t explain it. It’s still one of the cheaper options in the area so it’s great if that’s your priority.

   After reading reviews here I was worried what did we book. My expectations were low and I was very well surprised. Yes the room and mainly bathroom would do some renovation but rooms were big and clean. Stuff very friendly, meal for dinner and breakfast delicious. We would definitely stay again for the value of money. What wasn't great and I informed reception in check out day was soaked wet carpet under the windows in the master bedroom. Not sure if they forgot to shut the windows when rain was there before our arrival. And also the pressure in shower was low. However price is the WINNER HERE.

   Have stayed twice in the last 8 days. Rooms are clean but in need of up date. No compendium in room so had to walk up to reception to get information. Had dinner in restaurant very average chicken burger. Second stay arrived at 8pm. Had another average curry went to room TV not working managed to call reception they come to room turn it off and on not working was told to wait 10mins if it didn't work to call them so I did. Waiter that served me came down and took remote and that was the last Contact I had. Staff were nice but no call back?Positive you can leave your car.

Arriving in Auckland at 1:00 in the morning, we were relieved to discover that the hotel provided 24-hour check-in service. This thoughtful feature demonstrated their understanding of the needs of weary travelers. The smooth check-in process allowed us to settle into our room without any hassle or delay, providing a seamless start to our stay.
