   This motel was very relaxing. Quiet and very well situated and close to all shops etc Awesome parks for the children close bye And the manager and his collegues are very lovely people. All the rooms at the motel were always attended to and cleaned daily. Great pool area.. highly recommended for couples & families! I loved and enjoyed my stay at this motel. And would most definitely refer all my friends & famillies to stay there. I will always book my stay there furture wise!!! Thank you to the awesome lovely staff there for accommodating me xo Awesome place to stay if anybodys in the area and needing accomodation!! ☺☺

   Clean, comfortable and tidy budget accommodation. Nice friendly efficient service. Rooms are serviced daily. Off main road reasonably quiet. Next to a park and a decent size pool so good for kids. Close to St Lukes shopping mall. Bus stop close. Auckland Zoo approximately 5 minutes drive.

   Stayed here the weekend just gone. Location is perfect but as for the motel it self, well that's another story. The room we had was downstairs and it was at a cost of $120.00 per night. The room was a nightmare. The bathroom was disgusting, with mold throughout the area, along with the bottom of the shower wall breaking away. The toilet looked as though it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The sink in there also needed a good scrub to try and get it up to scratch. Now the bed linen had stains of who knows what... The whole room smelt of mold and it had a sickly odor which left us gagging at times. Just lucky for us that we were only there to put our heads down to sleep at night and we had our own bedding. Would not recommend this motel to anyone. It is dated and needs a hell of a lot of work done to really appreciate it. The cost per night we feel was way overpriced for what we had. Would give it a 0 out of 10 if i was able to......Won't be back....

   Puposely booked for spa... arrived to find they don't use it even tho website said was available. I felt the condition of the room was quite poor. Room was dressed for to people not 3, beds were quite uncomfortable and pillows flat. Good place if you need an emergency sleep. Wouldn't recommend for team building experiences or family get aways.
