   A little expensive for what it is. 150 for a room that appears needs refurbishing and tidying up. Luckily we were just looking for a night after a flight back from Sydney and somewhere to sleep before heading around the coast and around the Coromandel. The young man who checked us in was really lovely and helpful. There was no one on site to check in but they were there within 5 mins. My only concern was the maintenance of the facility and comfort. It felt a little suspicious with the people around us there

   Friendly stuff however rundown not because of the owner or staff but because of the people who live there, they leave trolleys at the top of the drive, threw old uncooked mince in the Bush thinking it was hidden which you could smell it, rubbish and a not working microwave placed in a pile where lunlic can see in one spot on top of driveway, I know its not the places fault its yhe people who live there. However, its the owners job to clean the outside to look presentable.

   I've recently been placed in the family unit , there seems to be molded on the carpets aswell as the bathroom . Our toilet facility kept'ed blocking up due to poor plumbing . Apart from that friendly stuff , there was a lack of privacy for myself the first few nights .

   Very clean motel with super friendly staff, would higjly recommend anyone to stay here. Traffic is not a problem our unit was much quieter than we anticipated. We will definitely be back in the future, thankyou.
