Whilst similar properties had been on the market over a year, she managed to get us a realistic price that we were happy with in just a few months. Lucille was there rain or shine showing off the property, they helped us stage and she would even wipe down counters or surfaces we missed. She has great attention to deal and has a heart of gold. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her anyone.”

We had THREE large Rottweilers reside at our property and not once did we run into any issues with Dave. My family and I always had open contact with our landlord and he was available for help at all hours of the day and night. There have been many times we’re Dave has helped with issues outside of work hours. We need property managers that help families into homes and one that is dedicated. Dave Crann is your guy!
