Place is tired but rooms were neat. Unfortunately, the small fridge froze our food and we had to throw much away. We also chose the place because it had a kitchen/oven but beyond 4 plates, 1 frypan and 1 v small pot there was no other equipment to prepare or serve food. Beds were comfortable but dining table had cigarette burns and sofa arm was filthy.

Absolutely do not recommend staying at this hotel!! As soon as I entered my room I was met with an awful smell like rotten/mouldy meat, the room was overall just plain dirty and extremely dusty. The carpet was filthy and felt sticky underfoot, the sofa smelt & had what looked like cigarette burns all over it. The glasses, cutlery, dishes were all left dirty in the cupboards. The shower was covered in a layer of grime and the drain on the floor overflowed so there was bubbles everywhere after having a shower! There was no sponge and only one old tea towel to wash up dishes with. What was described as a ‘balcony’ was a tiny slither of concrete that was covered in old bird poo. The tv and internet were incredibly slow or just sporadically stopped working all together. Lastly the oven smelt terrible and again was dirty, it also made any food cooked in there have a very strange taste.. Yes the hotel is cheap and in a pretty good area but it’s absolutely not worth it! I booked for 4 nights and was concerned about complaining before checking out as it seems they don’t react well to honest criticism and I didn’t want to lose my ‘bond’ that I had to pay on top of the original room fee. Avoid avoid avoid.

We booked a two bedroom suite for 4 adults and we were each very happy with our overall stay and the affordability. Despite some issues I had with booking.com itself the staff here were wonderful! I would have given 5 stars for service however we had trouble calling through a few times for the concierge, thankfully once we arrived the receptionist was very accomodating and efficient. Comfortable beds, amazing view off the balcony, clean room and half of us went and enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Thank you all - we will be staying again in future ☺️

If anyone is thinking of booking here, do yourself a favour and take your money elsewhere. This hotel is not worth the stress, frustration, or money. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was disgusting from the moment I walked in, the bathroom had water pooling out of the drain with hair and bubbles floating in it, the shower was covered in mould, and the overall cleanliness was shocking. Basic facilities didn’t even work, the heater was broken, the washing machines didn’t function, and the microwave didn’t work either. When I asked to change rooms, the “new” rooms had the exact same issues nothing was different, just more dirty and poorly maintained rooms. The staff were unbelievably rude and made me feel like I was a burden for even asking for help. When I requested to speak with the manager, I was constantly told he was “busy” yet he was sitting right in the next room, clearly able to hear my complaint but choosing to ignore it. That’s beyond unprofessional and very poor customer service. When I wanted to leave and requested a refund for the 3 weeks I had booked (after staying only one night), they refused to give me back my money. This place is a complete scam!!! unhygienic, unmaintained, and run by staff who simply don’t care.

The room was average for a three star hotel, however a certain incident was far below average. I left my room at 7.30am and returned at about 7.30pm. On my return, I noticed that my towels had been replaced, and someone had left a pair of soiled underpants on my bathroom floor. They were not my underpants, and no one else was sharing my room. When I told the front desk about it, they first seemed to think that the undies where mine and I was unhappy they’re been left on the floor. Then they said they’d send someone up. After 5 or 10 minutes of waiting I had to leave so I went down to reception and tried again. Showing him a photo of the undies on the floor and making clear they were not mine. He still did not comprehend what the issue was, so I had to explain that the undies had been left there by hotel staff or someone with a key. He said he would ask his cleaning staff and get back to me the next day. He did not. I would not be rushing back here, the convenient location did not make up for the bonus pair of grey, diarrhea encrusted Bonds undies gifted to me by the hotel staff.

We recently stayed here, we were put in a room right opposite the elevators and we had 2 young children with us. Unsure if any thought was put into where we were placed also we were put on the 20th floor with a balcony that children could easily climb over. Our doors that led to the balcony did not lock either. Breakfast was not worth $22 buffet selection was not the greatest and we had to eat elsewhere. Rooms were not the cleanest but were manageable along with broken taps shower doors toilet was very cramped, bedding was dirty also.

Had a room that had a nice view... but the heat pump looked like it came from a smokers house. Plus, the heater was cold, and the cold was cold with partly damaged... couldn't sleep much due to the noise of the elevator. I enjoyed the stay though

We booked 4 rooms for a one night stay. None of the rooms had towels and 2 of the rooms heat pumps weren’t working at all and it was freezing. The kitchen in one room had a sticky substance on all the surfaces and there wasn’t a cloth to clean with. $28 for the buffet breakfast was over priced. Be careful because their website is out of date, they don’t offer the A la carte menu or the continental buffet and the price for the buffet differs to what they actually charged. Location was good, shame about the tired rooms and customer service.

The food is not great, if staying here I would recommend venturing out, it’s only a short walk to lots of different places to eat. I found the dinner to be poor in quality, like freezer food. The breakfast is without doubt over priced. The “restaurant” is really just some tables in a corridor with some privacy screens sheltering it. The “garden” you over look from the hot tub is basically just gravel from what I saw. The TV didn’t work The staff at check in just spoke to each other the whole time. Room was clean and presentable, it was quite and I did enjoy the room. Had a heat pump.
