   Review for the laundry self service attached to this place - it is poorly maintained, only 1 working washing machine and 2 drier - place unkempt, ceiling broken, lights broken - all drier were cloged up as well - would not recommend abd will not come back -

   Stayed here for the Coldplay concert. Location was perfect but that was the only thing good about this place. When we arrived, the reception hardly talked to us and was quite rude. He took a long time to sort out our rooms. Was not friendly while we were waiting. The beds were hard as rocks and we had a terrible sleep. The TV couldn’t connect to any shows and it would just cut out when we tried to. No WIFI available. When we returned to the hotel after the concert, the room smelt of sewer and the fan was making a noise that we couldn’t turn off which kept us up. The shower was full of mould and the bathroom overall wasn’t clean. The water would change from warm to freezing cold to hot and then cold again without our control. Will not be coming here again. Do not recommend this place at all.

   Terrible stay. There was no air conditioning in the room I was in, the window didn’t even open and it was just way too hot. The owners gave us 3 pages of rules to follow, very strict place for no reason! Parking was a nightmare, had to park a block away from motel. Loud and annoying construction work going on. Shower pressure and temperature was bad. Didn’t feel safe one bit with all the sketchy people around the motel and in the motel. They said they’ll give us milk, didn’t even receive that. There was no microwave in the room like stated. Cleaners come in once a week and don’t even knock on the door properly. Just terrible would not recommend to anyone PLS DONT COME HERE EVER!!!!!

   I stayed here for a week, when I first checked in my room had not been cleaned properly mud was on the floor, didnt look like carpet had been vaccumed, after having a shower all the water would build up then leak out onto floor of bathroom so going to the toilet was annoying with the whole floor drenched! Also had someone knocking on my door at 3am! Had people arguing in the corridor loudly early in the morning and late at night! Also had issues with getting into my room. My stay here was terrible the stairs dont help too if you have stuff to carry up with an infant.

   Good value. On the night we stayed there, there was construction (tiles being hammered) until 1am in a neighbouring restaurant... when I finally decided Id had enough, I went down to find out where the noise was coming from and asked them to stop. The next morning the manager was embarrassed that I had to ask them to stop construction so late at night, that she offered us another night stay, for free, which we took her up on the offer of. Overall the rooms are small but tidy and we felt they were good value.

   Pros - helpful staff, clean, modern, good TV & bed, Netflix, close to motorway, adequate amenities, parking on site, room nice after servicing, decent value. Cons - fluctuating water temperature in shower, one dining chair between two people, and by far the biggest con; the NOISE - large extractor fan from the restaurant opposite our room humming loudly 'til late, construction work on site (which did stop after first day), and noise from the car park in the early hours (loud talking/tooting etc). Wouldn't be first choice but suitable if options limited elsewhere and given a quieter room.

   The rooms were nice and spacious but my mother and I had a bit of a hard time with some other tenants partying late and our key card not working. Everything was sorted out as soon as it could have been and it's affordable.
