   ZERO STARS Management - The male whoever he thinks he is apparently hes the owner needs to be more professional thought he could yell at me and intimadate me into not speaking up about how dirty & unprofessional they were he had all the excuses saying we just new we are learning & the mangaer lady says there being there 15 years and im the only one to complain i have a police report as i was not going to be treated and intimated to feel like it was acceptable any way or form , they do not have a feed back box or a box to write written complaints ! The desk lady so rude & unprofessional, just ignored the fact the there standards of hygiene & the room was atrocious , when i approached her about rusty frying pan in the kitchen and was she expecting me to cook for my children in that ? Her reply was "is it to much rust" i was shock to my core. I then found a dirty Condom in the sheet and bed even though I took it to the manager lady at the desk she didn't even have a care she tried to say it was mine , it was only me & my 2 children staying in room but ignored the fact its so unhygienic especially with children . Manager lady then proceed to blame her cleaner when if managed properly would never had been missed wich shows me room was not serviced after last clients at all. Room - Was dirty smelt like old dusty & stale they advised after I found dirty open Condom in the bed that the room was fully serviced , walked in hit with the same smell in room NO disinfectant was used to mop or wipe surfaces NOTHING, so appalling & they put it back on the cleaner instead of taking responsibility as manager & so obviously there's a problem here and it's not the cleaner as she doesn't even know how to clean , I Asked for towels and was asked why ? PLEASE BE AWARE I HAVE PHOTO & VIDEO EVIDENCE DO BETTER !

   Good value, nothing fancy , daily service of the rooms. Some parts a bit tired but relief with kids. Struggled to get the wifi going.

   We booked for two nights. The room was so horrendous we didn't say at all. Tried to get a refund but was this was refused. My wife and I travel alot around New Zealand and Overseas. It was the worse motel room we have ever experienced. No toilet paper, crawling in ants and the unit had a foul odour. I seemed it had not been used or serviced for months. Fittings were broken and missing. You have been warned. Keep away! It's a disgrace and embarrassment to the hospitality industry in New Zealand.

   Needs a good upgrade , mostly clean had small cockcroaches in kitchen draws. The pool hasn't been operable for quite a while, no water and weeds growing in bottom.

   If i could give 0, I would.I hated it's horrible, please, please do not go west your money. I feel like the owner gave up a long time. The receptionist was very rud and no customer service at all! she's horrible. She's was mostly on her phone talking or video call . The room i was in was not very clean. As soon as you walk in the room, it smelt horrible. The bed was supper uncomfortable, and the pillow looked so old to the point that it needed to be thrown out. No towels, no toilet papers at all! The curtains were worse. I couldn't get much privacy because the curtains were not the right fit, and some of the handles were broken. I will never recommend this place at all!

   The rooms are old and outdated very close to each other you can hear your neighbor snoring. Manager promised to agree to cancelation then renagged trying to steal half of the costs. I think there are nicer hotels and cheaper than theres. Rip offs

   We got a room for 3 nights on the day as we travelled from Wellington and needed a place to stay last minute. The room was fantastic - room service keep the room clean very day. The amenities were as we expected but the bathroom was very new and warm. Parking was good near the room. We would definitely come back - we had room 218 which was upstairs and away from the road. Wish they had WiFi but otherwise a good stay.

   Small Indian guy at the front desk was highly rude and talking to me unkindly, I had to keep my two year old and 2 month old quiet to a minimum and was not allowed visitors (not that I wanted too, but he also kept repeating it every time he saw me) also not even 20 minutes in of finally moving into my motel room at 8:45pm at night and I get a call from the reception asking to come into my room because he wanted to know if I had a visitor in there, I was highly in shock and must say very creeped out, I said No! As it was late and I was trying to settle my babies, he threatened to kick me out the following day which he succeeded to do. And there is also no laundry available, small Indian guy said I had to use the laundromat up the road to use and I did not have any towels or tea towels in my kitchenette or room. Would not recommend this place if you aren’t allow to enjoy your peace and privacy. NEVER AGAIN.

   Without doubt one of the favorite Motel I stayed during my time in Auckland! Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the manager. I spent total 6 days and 7 nights and the stayed was so comfortable . Rooms are clean! Cooking facility is also very good. All respect for the manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

   We got there super late at night but we're greeted with absolutely kindness and helpfulness. Room was very clean, well laid out as someone else has mentioned and affordable. Best part, the bed was SO comfy! Would definitely stay again if need be.
