“Dropped my car in for a service today and Hasley, the guy looking after it, was super helpful. He recommended what actually needed to be done and what wasnt a priority yet, so I didnt feel pressured to do everything at once. The whole team at Bridgestone are always so professional great communication with updates on my car, and the video they send is such a bonus. I ended up needing rotors and brake pads replaced, and the pricing was fair. They even did my WOF free of charge! I’ve been coming here for years and honestly love their customer service.”

“Couldn't ask for a better location to catch a flight the next day. We ate at the restaurant and the service and food was very good. There was some construction going on but it was fine. Room was clean and nice.”

“This is a "Must Visit"store. This store is situated after Duty free, the service was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Brand new range and full size ranges. Do Not waste time on store on Auckland side, terrible service, limited sizes and minimal range.”

From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and the hotel itself feels modern, welcoming, and perfectly designed for comfort. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was the ideal calm environment for relaxing before or after a long flight. ​However, the real highlight of my visit—and the source of the most fun—was the fantastic robot delivery service! Ordering food right to my room and waiting to hear that distinctive little chime was a blast. When the door opened and the robot, completely autonomously, was waiting there with my meal, I couldn't stop smiling. It’s such a clever and novel way to receive room service, and it adds a playful, futuristic energy to the entire hotel experience. It was speedy, contact-free, and honestly just delightful to watch. ​If you’re looking for a top-tier airport hotel with excellent amenities, comfortable rooms, great food, and a unique, fun feature that will absolutely make your day, I can't recommend the Sudima Auckland Airport enough. I’ll definitely be staying here again!”

“Unbeatable supermarket, its location is the best - close to Auckland Airport and next to iBis hotel. This openly late night place offers you a wide range of both local and imported products., as well as fresh fruits, vegetables, and natural items. I, myself, bought a bunch of chocolate and some snacks as souvenirs home. Payment is through cash or credit card, self-service or by cashier assistance. A lot of parking space in front. Have fun shopping at Countdown!”

“We flew in from Wellington. The place is so clean and the staff were busy keeping it that way regularly tidying and cleaning. So efficient. I had the Teriyaki Chicken panini toasted. It was absolutely delicious and fresh, and perfectly toasted. So yummy, the flavors were so good. My daughter had a breakfast Muffin, equally divine. We were served by Katlyn who made our Mochas. Best Mocha I have ever had. Done to perfection. Highly recommend.”

My daughter is well looked after, cared for, and most importantly, she loves going each day! She loves her teachers and her friends! Can’t wait for her sister to join her next year :)”

“Feeling tired, looking run down and your face looking droopy. Looking in the mirror recently and for the first time I noticed how run down and blotchy my face looked. Never noticed it before. I felt like blah, yukk and wanted something to fix how I looked so I saw an advertisement for Caci Clinic and made contact that day, went in had a consultation and a chemical peel and honestly I walked out of there feeling so refreshed and light and my face feeling smooth, I mean don't expect a miracle overnight but god damn that was the best move i made and I can't wait to go back in a months time for another treatment. It was well worth it so much so that I signed up and became a member of Caci Clinic.”

“Taco Bell is honestly such a good spot. I love their food, and even when they’re a bit slow, it’s usually just because they’re busy with heaps of orders. People need to be more patient. Overall, they deserve a big shout-out for pushing through the tough times. Awesome job, Taco Bell.”

“Quite pleased with Wishbone's food, tried their lamb shanks during my stay at Auckland Clinical Studies and was quite surprised that their food is restaurant quality! I asked one of the nurses who was their caterer and was told it's Wishbone. That was who years ago, now I'm back at the ACS and their food catered by Wishbone is delicious as ever. Would love to visit their cafe at the airport sometime. Highly recommended.”

“Easy to Print Fascilities from the front desk. Can work on the desks nearby provided to make alterations to documents. Photo Printing Fascilities available and it is preferable to use the Airport Photo Print service as the Manukau Store can take longer than it should. The Self-Print Service needs its own POS Machine though as it does not accept EFTPOS/CreditCards at the terminal. Can pick up a rechargeable card from the front desk to avoid the queues if your after a quick printout. A4 and A3 sizes are printable at the self-service area. All in all. It just works for your printing needs. Staff are knowledgeable about whatever your needs are. Just make sure to ask and not assume.”
