My driver didn't wait for me more than 45 minutes after the plane landed because I hadn't gotten out. The transport was paid for nothing. Customs and biosecurity checks are very, very long in Auckland; 45 minutes is far too short a time.
By far the best Airport transporter I’ve ever had, my flight was delayed and the driver waited for me for hours! Very polite gentleman greeted me and help me with the luggage, nice and tidy vehicle, and the ride is smooth. Highly recommended for anyone to and from airport.
