“Amazing child care, my son started his day care journey when he was 7 month old but I was not happy with the care taken at previous daycare so when my son was 2.5 year old, I changed his day care and started going at child's time. I always think it would be really amazing if I would have started my son's daycare journey from child's time and not with another day care. Amazing teachers, friendly environment. I do not have enough words to describe how much safe my son feel here.”

Shabana is an excellent, hands-on manager who puts your mind at ease and knows exactly what each child has been up to. The carers are all wonderful, especially Gemma, Latiesha and Lisa, who are always smiling and make drop-offs a breeze. Creative Minds may not bombard us with constant app updates, but honestly, that’s part of the charm. The team is so focused on giving our girl their full attention—they’re present, caring, and genuinely engaged. We never feel like we’re missing out because they always take the time to chat and share what she’s been up to. Our daughter comes home happy, well-fed, and bubbling with excitement. All are so fun and they genuinely care about the whole family not just the child attending. Hiiighly highly recommend and fees are super reasonable too! ☺️”

“I couldn’t speak more highly of A Child’s Place. We enrolled our one-year-old son after a tough experience at a previous centre, so I was naturally cautious. But Megan and the incredible infant room team went above and beyond to ensure he felt safe, settled, and genuinely cared for. One thing that really stood out to us was the primary caregiving model — having a consistent teacher who took the lead in building a strong bond with our son made a huge difference, especially as he wasn’t very familiar or comfortable with others in the beginning. He now looks forward to daycare each day — his face lights up at the mention of his teachers’ names, he runs off happily at drop-off, and I’m always greeted with the biggest smile at pick-up. The teachers are constantly engaged with the kids — whether they’re on the floor reading, outside exploring, or sitting alongside them at mealtimes, you can tell the care is genuine. The centre itself is always spotless and well-organised, and the team are incredibly responsive to any needs or changes we’ve raised. We were especially grateful for the support and advice they offered when we were navigating some sleep struggles. The care and attention to detail in sharing updates, milestones (big and small), and daily happenings make it feel like so much more than just childcare — it’s a true community and family. I’ll be forever grateful to Megan, Ross, and the team for creating such a warm, nurturing environment, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend A Child’s Place to anyone”
