   Love this store customer service is great and staff are friendly always smiling and seeing if we need help. All the clothes brought were affordable and pretty for my little one. Definitely loved the designs too. The layout is pretty neat. Accessible and much space is there if needed. Shopping experience was really great. Keep up the awesome work will definitely be back!!!

   Just a question does this store manager train their staff on what ‘customer service’ actually is? If I could rate a 0 I would, I feel irritated that I am even giving 1 star. I know the staff are quite unhappy being on minimum wage here but it doesn’t warrant you to make customers feel uncomfortable when finding it difficult to use other payment options because they haven’t used it before, HELP THE CUSTOMER!. Go to Postie Onehunga they’re way more friendlier and deserve the sale.

She's Professional, competent, efficient & always goes the extra mile to assist me with all my purchases. Tash is an asset to this branch & Postie Plus is very blessed to have such a diligent staff.    Fairly small selection of clothes and other bits & pieces - store seemed a bit pokey for a postie plus, but I guess it gives a few more clothing options if you cant find something you like at the warehouse.
