   This was quite a poor stay by ibis. Whilst the staff were quite friendly the overall quality of the room was dirty despite an ‘upgrade’. The floors were filthy and quite frankly the hotel was very difficult to find. There was no communication about the shuttle or signage in the terminal which made an extra $50 trip by taxi in the evening. The overall deco was quite nice though, however to avoid the stress of the hotel being quite far and extra cost of the shuttle, the Pullman or even Novotel is a stay of choice for a layover or business trip despite the obvious hike in price. The staff were quite young and experienced and lacked professionalism when asking for help too and I think that’s where the ibis could improve on as a start.

   Stayed at ibis Auckland Airport and it was a really convenient choice. The location is great for early flights/late arrivals, and having a supermarket right next door is a big plus. The room was also more spacious than I expected, which made the stay more comfortable. Overall, a solid and hassle-free airport hotel option.

   Booked an overnight stay as I had flown in late from Wellington and had an international flight the following day. Got a free room upgrade and the staff were extremely helpful with my luggage. Also helps that the Yellow Bus has this hotel en route and it’s more cost effective than getting an Uber!

   Had a brief overnight with my children before a horribly early international flight. Fantastic service and location. Room was small but its perfect for a quick stop. If you were a party of 5, upgrade to a bigger room! Gent on the desk was super helpful with transfer information! Would definitely stay again.

   Good Value Stay Near Auckland Airport We stayed at the Ibis Budget Auckland Airport for an overnight stopover and it served our needs well overall. Location: The hotel is a bit farther from the airport than we initially expected - about 800 meters away. With a lot of luggage in tow, we opted for an Uber rather than attempting the walk or shuttle. This is something to keep in mind when planning your arrival. Service & Staff: Everyone we encountered at the hotel was polite and helpful, which made our stay pleasant despite the basic accommodations. Room: The room was admittedly very small, which is typical for a budget hotel. However, it was clean, functional, and reasonably priced. For a quick overnight stay before an early flight, it was perfectly adequate for getting some rest. The Highlight: The absolute best part of staying here was the restaurant next door. The food was amazing and the service was truly top-notch. Having such excellent dining right beside the hotel turned what could have been just a functional stay into something memorable. Just for the convenience and quality of that restaurant alone, choosing this hotel was a blessing. Overall: If you're looking for basic, affordable accommodation near Auckland Airport and don't mind compact rooms, this is a solid choice. The polite staff and especially the outstanding restaurant next door make it well worth considering.

   Adequate for what it is and used for. Watch who you connect with to pay. We were at web page which advertised room for $170 but then we were diverted to an American site that charged $230. Associated with site as room had still been booked under our name.

   So close to the airport - 10min walking max!! The hotel was very clean and tidy - small, but perfect for a quick stopover. Had a bunk above my bed which would be great if I was traveling with a child. My room actually had a really cute view from the window too.

   I stayed there with my mum on Wednesday night its a nice hotel with great views of the airport. we had dinner in the restaurant next door yummy food. it is a bit of a walk from the airport but overall the room was small but the bed was really comfy and the receptionist was very nice. we are staying there again at the end of the month.

   A great hotel for the night before or after a flight. Rooms really clean and we'll priced. Ample free parking and plenty of shops including a supermarket very close by. Avoid the restaurant next door if you can, poor service and the food we had was average at best.
