Really kind and showed their care to make sure I choose the right option. While I was sitting there for my 15min observation time, I saw other customers came in and I think they know everyone by name. What a great service and you really feel like you are a family to them.”

He is kind, patient, empathetic, transparent, warm welcoming,friendly, understanding and the epitome of professionalism. His staff are testimony to that. I have only moved to the area 6mths now and everytime I have visited the pharmacy, customers know him by name and vice versa. Customers that I KNOW would have been judged or looked down upon by other chemists. Above all else he treats customers with RESPECT. Walk 30m or so to the next chemist and I can gaurantee you will have a vastly different experience to say the least.”
