While I was sitting there for my 15min observation time, I saw other customers came in and I think they know everyone by name. Customers that I KNOW would have been judged or looked down upon by other chemists. Above all else he treats customers with RESPECT. Walk 30m or so to the next chemist and I can gaurantee you will have a vastly different experience to say the least.”
