He is kind, patient, empathetic, transparent, warm welcoming,friendly, understanding and the epitome of professionalism. His staff are testimony to that. I have only moved to the area 6mths now and everytime I have visited the pharmacy, customers know him by name and vice versa. Customers that I KNOW would have been judged or looked down upon by other chemists. Above all else he treats customers with RESPECT. “This is my go-to pharmacy and I'm really happy with it overall. It's fast, affordable, and super convenient. Free scripts are a massive positive, the pharmacists inform you on the wait time so you can squeeze in a quick shop on the side too. During lockdown, they allowed me to pick up medicine from the front of the store (no queues) and are fine with others collecting your script if you call first. I've never had an issue with having scripts directly faxed or bringing them in myself. The manager there (I think his name is Tom) works hard to make picking up scripts as painless as possible, he's friendly and fast. I'm not exactly a pharmacy connoisseur but I like this one a lot.”
