   If you say you’re open to 8pm don’t be closed at 6:45pm. Walked 15 minutes (no big deal) to find we couldn’t have the planned feed we wanted which is usually very good.

   Person was rude because her coffee machine was cleaned already. I won’t mind not buying coffee then but she has got no personality or manners. (Gate side Akl airport)

   Wishbone food is great.I highly recommend it as the best airport fast food. Fresh and tasty. Only criticism is a description of a slice as 'to die for'! No food is worth that, and it's become a silly modern phrase.

   I was very disappointed today. I visited your store today on my way out of Auckland and the one and only chiller that is in operation in your store was empty. I resorted to purchasing a gluten free egg, ham and cheese sandwhich. I opened the sandwich and it didn't not taste right, I looked at the back of the label to be surprised that your use by date is 08.02.2022. I wonder if this means these products should be removed from the shelves? It is sad really, considering the company's foundation is "high quality, fresh food made by professional chefs". Who makes the decision for the products to stay on the shelf? On a better note, you should be very happy with your 2 staff members rostered on today (Tuesday 8th Feb, 2022). Thank you so much Wai and Norton. You are so friendly, welcoming, and attentive so much so that I would only return because of you. Your coffee coffee making skills are very fast, and I got exactly what I ordered. Keep up the amazing work guys.

   Wishbone - "A great coffee, a lovely sandwich and a friendly staff member, A little pricey but it is the airport so it came be expected." Egg lettuce and ham sandwich as well as Caesar wrap, both very enjoyable. Not to mention the great selection on gluten free options, every sandwich they stocked also came with GF bread.

   Quite pleased with Wishbone's food, tried their lamb shanks during my stay at Auckland Clinical Studies and was quite surprised that their food is restaurant quality! I asked one of the nurses who was their caterer and was told it's Wishbone. That was who years ago, now I'm back at the ACS and their food catered by Wishbone is delicious as ever. Would love to visit their cafe at the airport sometime. Highly recommended.

   Ordered a regular size of long black. It's really watery. The service is quick but I can't say I am satisfied by my coffee. Food looks average but maybe it's ok if you just want to have a quick bite.
