   I had a wonderful experience at Hudson Coffee in Auckland Airport, thanks to a staff member named Fu. Her warm smile and exceptional Japanese hospitality (Omotenashi) were truly impressive. From the way she took my order to the way she served the coffee, everything was handled with such care and professionalism. Encountering such high-quality service from a fellow Japanese person while abroad made me feel very proud. Thank you so much, Fu-san, for your kindness and for making my day!

   Disappointed for the ordered. We ordered buffalo chicken wings, it cost $11, it only have 3 small part of pieces, even not with whole chicken wings. And also they didn't mention on top of the price list how many pieces and how looks likes they serve. Bowl of chips cost $11, but it not came with bowl, it only came with small tray. Not worth it!

   Nice to have a cafe between security and the boarding gates at Auckland Airport. Looked like a good range of cabinet foods and beverages. Managed to find a seat and table as there was plenty of seating associated with the cafe. Our cappuccino was a bit mediocre with no chocolate or cinnamon topping

   We flew in from Wellington. The place is so clean and the staff were busy keeping it that way regularly tidying and cleaning. So efficient. I had the Teriyaki Chicken panini toasted. It was absolutely delicious and fresh, and perfectly toasted. So yummy, the flavors were so good. My daughter had a breakfast Muffin, equally divine. We were served by Katlyn who made our Mochas. Best Mocha I have ever had. Done to perfection. Highly recommend.

   Nice place to sit rest and relax before boarding my flight, upstairs in the airport. The Detox smoothie I had for $14 tasted great and I would highly recommend as it is their best seller. Gf food options thou were scarce in their food cabinet although they did have one piece of gf Honey and date loaf left.

   Ah, so glad there is at least a decent cafe to sit and refill after checking in (after initially feeling disappointed at the lack of offering) The falafel wrap was lovely and the cappuccino decent. Can’t ask for more really.
