   Nice clean room, big enough and with all amenities in general. Five minute taxi ride to airport or Woolworths. Other than that nothing at all walking distance. Airport shuttle is not free and can take half an hour or more to the airport. If two or more people take an Uber, it will be cheaper and faster. Decent value hotel for the price we paid.

   I don’t give out 5 star ratings very often, but I couldn’t actually fault this place so had no other choice. I’ve stayed at other Sudima hotels and had no problems with them so that was a big factor for choosing this one. Location was perfect for our trip. Definitely can’t walk to any attractions but that wasn’t on our agenda. Close to the airport, close to the motorway, it was all we needed. The room was fine for us. Exactly like the others we have stayed in. Pool and gym were great, maybe the only fault I can find was that the water was possibly too warm for my liking but each to their own. Service was excellent, reception was fast to reply and very polite to deal with. Will definitely come back next time I return to NZ.

   We recently stayed at Sudhima Hotel as a family of four (two adults and two children, ages 10 and 2). While we appreciated the friendly staff who kindly provided us with milk overnight, our overall experience was quite disappointing. The swimming pool is 1.2m deep throughout, which is definitely not child-friendly, especially for younger kids. Additionally, the toilet door in our room had a broken lock, which was inconvenient. The room also had automatic temperature control, which could not be adjusted manually. It was set at 21°C, and the room became extremely hot overnight — it felt as though the air-conditioning had stopped working altogether. This made the night quite uncomfortable, especially with children. Another major issue was the lack of basic facilities to warm a bottle for a toddler. There was no microwave available for guests or staff to use. The team Said they are unable to warm the milk so we ended up heating water in a kettle and warming the milk through hot water — not ideal in the middle of the night. In a family-friendly hotel, having simple options to warm a child’s milk should not be this difficult. Management really needs to review their policies, as times are changing. While health and safety are important, customer comfort and satisfaction should be a priority in hospitality. With a few improvements, the stay experience could be much better.

   Nice big rooms, clean and tidy Staff are very helpful at the desk and in the restaurant. Conference rooms are big to facilitate meetings. Easy access for parking. Busses to the airport leave every 25mins or earlier. Concierge will help with your queries. They are very helpful and lovely to deal with. Breakfast has a good range of food also catering to most dietary needs.

   ​My recent stay at the Sudima Auckland Airport was genuinely outstanding, turning what is often a routine airport stopover into a truly memorable experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and the hotel itself feels modern, welcoming, and perfectly designed for comfort. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was the ideal calm environment for relaxing before or after a long flight. ​However, the real highlight of my visit—and the source of the most fun—was the fantastic robot delivery service! Ordering food right to my room and waiting to hear that distinctive little chime was a blast. When the door opened and the robot, completely autonomously, was waiting there with my meal, I couldn't stop smiling. It’s such a clever and novel way to receive room service, and it adds a playful, futuristic energy to the entire hotel experience. It was speedy, contact-free, and honestly just delightful to watch. ​If you’re looking for a top-tier airport hotel with excellent amenities, comfortable rooms, great food, and a unique, fun feature that will absolutely make your day, I can't recommend the Sudima Auckland Airport enough. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

   An excellent airport hotel. Rooms were spotless and so quiet. The blockout curtains were excellent so we had a fabulous sleep after arriving at 3am. The room service was delicious - roasted mushrooms & potato gratin (gluten free/vegetarian) and lamb shoulder. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

   Great location to the airport but far enough away that you can't hear the planes. Lovely rooms, clean and tidy. Love the amazon echo clock in the room. Staff were great. Restaurant is very good. The robots seem to be a hit with guests. Only issue we had was getting to the hotel from the airport. No taxi would take us. We were referred to the 'yellow bus'. $8 each to get to the hotel on the bus.

   Clean tidy rooms.would be better if they had a separate shower and not one over bath. At price paid would expect coffee machine and bottle of water in fridge. Aircon set at 24,would of liked to change as necessary. Restaurant was excellent and the steak was perfect.
