Visited the Adidas store at Auckland Airport on Friday after my flight and had a disappointing experience. A staff member named Robin didn’t acknowledge me at all, despite me clearly needing assistance. The attitude came off very rude and unprofessional. It created a very unwelcoming atmosphere. Definitely expected better customer service from Adidas.
I went into this store on Thursday (July 31st) and couldn't believe how bad the store was running. I went into this store around 10 am and no one acknowledged my presence. Poor management for this store and all I can hear was one of the staffs (she had a brunette hair, someone called her Ibony? who was bad mouthing their manager). Instead of gossiping about one's manager, can we please just be professional and acknowledge customers walking in. For the management, if you are seeing this and one of your staff members is gossiping about you, then clearly you need to retrain your staff members. Next time, if a customer is waiting for at least half an hour - it might be a good idea to give them proper customer service. Won't be back to this Adidas store.
This is a "Must Visit"store. This store is situated after Duty free, the service was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Brand new range and full size ranges. Do Not waste time on store on Auckland side, terrible service, limited sizes and minimal range.

Highly recommended. Chanced upon this shop at Auckland international Airport (passed immigration). The shop is just 100m away after your clear immigration. Was so happy to find this shop as the shops in city centre has all jerseys sold out. Very friendly staff who advised me to join the AdiClub so that I get 15% off my purchases (on top of duty free). The staff even allow me to tap on her hotspot (cos Airport Wifi sucks), so that I could register the membership online. They have very good selection of adidas jerseys and other products, and I purchased 5 jerseys and 1 shorts from them.
Was so very pleased with the help I got from the assistant Darlene on Jan 7th 2020. So helpful and tried her best to help me get the best deal possible. Such a sweet young lady to have put so much of her time into helping me so I would make it to my flight. Her and my sister helped me make a decision with a huge buy on a hoodie which cost me $97 (NZ). If your reading this Darlene you were such a great help. This is the American guy and sister who you helped. Thank you.
