   Comfortable stay and friendly staff. Checked in and 10.15pm, the bar was closed so I ordered room service from the late night menu, they had a callback service, nobody was on the other end. Tried 3 times and ended up having to walk to the airport to buy dinner. Also this was an accor price match, was advised they would refund the difference at checkout. This never happened and I have contacted accor twice now with no response. Overall a good stay but the room service issue was frustrating and accor price match is so difficult to sort, it feels its almost a scam.

   The hotel’s location is excellent, just within walking distance of the International Airport, which was very convenient. However, the welcome experience could be more polished, and the lack of assistance with luggage to the room was a detractor. I ordered from room service, and while the delivery staff was pleasant, the pricing felt high for what was received. Another concern was not being able to earn loyalty points due to booking through the Air New Zealand website. While I understand third-party booking policies, when paying $500 per night, it would be a nice gesture to offer some form of recognition or incentive to encourage return visits. Given these factors, I may consider staying at the Pullman Hotel next door for future visits.

   Couldn't ask for a better location to catch a flight the next day. We ate at the restaurant and the service and food was very good. There was some construction going on but it was fine. Room was clean and nice.

   Stayed 1 night before flying out. Room was extremely quiet despite facing the runways. Bed was VERY comfortable. Restaurant meals were very good, as was the buffet. Service level in every way was exquisite. P.S. Please remember to program the room keys when a later check out is purchased. We were locked out and had go down to the front desk so they could be programmed correctly.

   Would highly recommend staying at the Novotel Auckland Airport prior to flying, particularly before an early morning flight. The staff are very friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. We appreciated the concierge assistance getting our luggage to the terminal. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, comfortable beds ensure a good sleep. Views of the sunset over the runway to the Manukau Heads provided a special and lasting memory of our last night in NZ. Our dinner and the service at the hotel restaurant was faultless. The entire experience ensured a stress free start to our journey and a relaxed flight. Thank you.

   Arrived at 9.30pm so just missed out on dinner. Thought I would go to the bar for refreshments and unwind. Unfortunately the bar closes at 10pm. I was told, I can order with room service. After driving several hours, I was looking forward to enjoying some open space with Gin and Tonics instead of being confined to my room. I was a bit disappointed and felt like a child being spent to my room. The staff were very friendly, happy and understanding. It was nice to actually have a little bit of a conversation with someone while relaxing.

   It is very convenient to stay there but we didn't find the staff very helpful. The room we had was avarage but good! No complaints about the rooms! We unfortunately didn't eat there but we had a coffee and that was good too. I think the fact that the hotel is literally just outside the international departure building, is 100% perfect. We are very happy to put everything else aside for that! ❤️

   This was a great place to stay during a long layover between flights. Very accommodating in letting me book a room for the day. Hotel is just a walk across from the airport. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Will stay again if I need to.

   Perfect stay for before and after flights. Very comfortable rooms, love the view of the planes from the top floors. Happy with the friendly services from the staff everyone was lovely. We enjoyed the kids play area it was very clean and tidy. Thank you Novotel for giving us a great stay.

   Had a great night. The best bed I have EVER slept in. It was like a cloud. I slept like a log, and that just doesn't happen these days. The rooms are totally soundproof, so there are no disturbing engine noises. Really comfortable room for my sister and I with a large bed each. We managed to get a table for dinner at the restaurant, but had to book ahead. (We booked as soon as we got to our room). The meal was tasty and we didn't have to wait long. The Novotel is so handy to the International arrival/departures terminal being just a walk across the road. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay there again.
