Excellent service from the Bridgestone Airport team. The inspection video findings and outcomes were clearly explained and easy to understand. Hasley, the manager, was prompt and efficient, attending to me as soon as I arrived. As someone new to car ownership and vehicle servicing, he made the entire experience smooth, approachable, and stress-free, taking the time to explain what was needed and guiding me through the process. Highly recommend.
These guys are fantastic, Hasley and his team do what they say they're going to do at the price they said that they'll do it - the car is ready when they say it's going to be ready. Tidy courtesy vehicle will be supplied on request and if booked in advance - the vehicle inspection video with commentary that they provide is a great bonus. Keep up the great work guys!
Dropped my car in for a service today and Hasley, the guy looking after it, was super helpful. He recommended what actually needed to be done and what wasnt a priority yet, so I didnt feel pressured to do everything at once. The whole team at Bridgestone are always so professional great communication with updates on my car, and the video they send is such a bonus. I ended up needing rotors and brake pads replaced, and the pricing was fair. They even did my WOF free of charge! I’ve been coming here for years and honestly love their customer service.

I stopped at Bridgestone Auckland Airport without an appointment, the team were friendly as always, they listened and understood my issue, they assessed and provided me a swift and seamless solution. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I went in today to get my tyre replaced, they didn't have the correct tyre for my car at their store but the boys went out of their way and picked up the correct tyre for me from Manukau. It took about less than an hour for them to fix and replace my tyre and off I went.. I was served by Hasley, he may be the manager...Amazing and friendly service! Made me feel comfortable as soon as I entered their yard, I'm not really good with cars but they explained and showed me what happened to my tyre and why it needs replacing. Great service, quick and easy, hassle free, fully recommend!! Thank you team :)
I was unfortunate to get a screwdriver in my tyre just before the Z station. The boys were amazing, helping me before the store opened and giving me great advice as my rim was also damaged. Thank you so much for your assistance.
