   I had an uncomfortable experience when picking up my order today. When I politely asked, “Is this 4028?”, the staff member looked visibly unhappy, stared at me, and remained silent instead of responding. I was surprised, as the question was clear and reasonable. I hope the store can remind staff to communicate more professionally with customers.

   Ordered from Uber Eats… food arrived quick but was absolutely stone cold, luckily Uber has great customer service and refunded our order. But also on multiple occasions, food arrived with missing items. Staff at this location really need better training. Have them the benefit of the doubt when they forgot certain items in the handful of times, but I’m starting to feel that they are doing it on purpose. Will not be ordering from this location again and I highly advise anyone else to as well!

   Haven't had kfc for years, and this meal reaffirmed why I avoid it. It was so bad, dry, salty and limp. The 'special recipe' chicken was the worst. Don't be fooled by the pictures, I thought wow 2 tenders and fries for 5 bucks (special deal), turned up being 2 finger sized pigeon tenders - avoid at all costs.

   Advertised as open until midnight but staff were closing at 10pm. Maybe advertise the actual opening hours and don’t mislead your customers?

   Dropped tongs on floor and put them back and proceeded to make chicken. I couldn’t believe my eyes Service is terrible but that’s more to do with being of staff Staff don’t speak English well l- harder to make a simple order- you don’t wanna to pay and find out she made your order wrong

   Am i in New Zealand? This KFC is filthy. Tables were not wiped down. The floor was slippery as in greasy as i nearly slipped over. The chicken in my slider ( Taco) was cold.Probably half cooked.I should call public health. They would give this outlet a "D" rating.

   Not being a Ken but some constructive feedback. * A poster out side saying no dining but the dine in is open. Misleading customers. Was about to turn back when another person walked out and said it was open * ordered a 12pcs wicked wings bucket and 2 large chips. They were so stale , hard and dry. Not fresh at all. Had to ask for a new set of chips. We were given a new fresh chip later. * The new chips we got was overloaded with salt. Didn’t want to return them as it will either go into wastage or fried again for another customer so dusted off the excessive salt and had them. * The wicked wings was a little dry but not an issue was happy with them. Saving the cost by reusing things is not the ideal way. I would consider this as worst KFC chips I had from all the other branches. First and last time at this branch. Service was good. Only the food was not good.
