   If I could rate 0 I would’ve. I just finished spending over $300 here and I love shopping from chemist warehouse but I’m considering moving to bargain chemist.You need to put people behind the counter that are actually customer service people and humble.Whoever that short younger Indian lady is needs to be removed, how are u going to tell me to check if anything is missing in my click and collect order and when I tell you there was you tell me “just go and get it” like I work there?? Then I had to even ask what isle it was down even though your co worker was there to serve the customers that were waiting,I treated you nicely till I sensed that ugly vibe from you of course I’ll return that energy☺️ First of all humble yourself your not working somewhere like a Bank or 5 star restaurant to be acting the way you were with that ego.Its ugly dealing with people like you incase you haven’t realized and I feel for other customers who come in with a good vibe to deal with someone like that. Also thank you to the security you we’re lovely I heard you say have a good day but my partner and I were already annoyed by the very poor customer service.

   Pharmacist was rude, walked away when she saw me at the counter, so I rang bell, no one came, then I saw her when walking up aisle to ask question, she looked like she didn't want to be there, couldn't understand her cause she was talking quiet. Hours on door say 8am open but they didn't open til 9am. Checkout girl was nice but that's about it. Need better customer service and attention to customer queries.

   Would rate it higher but they have a habit of closing the doors early. It was 19:50 19/07/23. And they have already closed the doors with less than 10 customers inside. It's not the first time they've done this.

   With all the negative reviews about The customer service in this store and management have done nothing about it is appalling? Disgusting Attitude from the Indian CS clerk! She need’s to get off her high horse and treat people with respect! Or Find another Job that doesn’t allow her to be face to face. It’s not our fault you work there and you hate your job. I will be sending all these reviews to HR and making a formal complaint!

   "It says 'open at 8am,' the staff did arrive at 8am, but they only opened to customers at 8:15am. If you need time to prepare, why don't the staff arrive earlier? Or why don't you change the opening time to 8:15am?"

   Customer service and professionalism is severely lacking in this store. You can barely get a word out of staff, especially at the counter. Some, not all, are becoming more unfriendly and unapproachable over time it seems. No effort to assist while browsing. I used to come here regularly for supplements, cosmetics, and hair products, but won't be returning.

   Picked up 2 items on special at $3 each (a good 20% cheaper than usual price. Took them to checkout, assistant rang them up and said “that’s $7 please” I explained that they’re $3 each according to the shelf ticket. She asked me to go and get said ticket which I did. In tiny print it was describing a totally different item. The assists then called for a senior assistant who ummed and arrred eventually allowing the incorrectly labelled price to be permitted. In summmary: check the shelf labels carefully. Too many stores are deliberately incorrrctly labelling their items as demonstrated on Fair Go. There should be a law against this kind of activity!
