   Breakfast Mac muffins were so burnt it was dry and hard. Coffee very cold. I had to go ask what is the temperature for the coffees. Painting going on the same time above customers heads while dining in.

   I love all the staff here — everyone is so friendly and cool! But the morning shift manager is quite arrogant and rude. I’m a regular customer who buys coffee here every single day, and her attitude really stands out in a negative way.

   The worst flatwhite you will get in Auckland served by an angry looking staff. Terrible start of a day. :( Discusting to see an outside chair left so dirty. Please clean it, and this is not meeting the health and safety standards.

   We visit this McDonald's a lot as it is close to home and over the past few months we have been experiencing food which is not to a very good standard. We are regularly getting fries which are old and stale, burgers which have old patties and are poorly put together and frozen cokes which only fill half the cup or have been premade as they are half melted. We used to love the soft serve from this restaurant however of late they have started to resemble kiddie cones.

   Found meat inside my hot chocolate, went to take it back and the ladies on the coffee machine were so rude didn’t even apologies blamed it on me saying it prob came from what I was eating when I only order a hot chocolate so how would meat get inside my drink absolutely disgusting.

   So honest, my wife drop her cell phone with a $50 note from morning 8.20am Until night time 6.30pm just realized. Finally we get back our cell phone and the $50 note back. Thank you very much ! The honestly keep warm. Thank you very much !

   Extremely busy mcdonald's being so close to the airport, so takes a while to get your order. Staff were pleasant enough and the burgers ordered were fine. Coffee was really well made. The restaurant it's self was clean, overflowing rubbish bins. I'm not sure if they need more staff but the wait time was really long inside the restaurant, but it is what it is.
