“Great service. Hiring process was easy and communication was excellent. The initial car we hired was a bit too small for our needs, and Pegasus were able to sort out an alternative in Dunedin. Nothing was too much trouble for them, very helpful. Both cars were in excellent condition. All in all a great service and I know where I’ll be hiring a car next time we go to New Zealand!”

“What impressed me most was the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle. The interior was spotless, the engine was quiet, and all features (like air conditioning and infotainment) worked perfectly. It gave me confidence that the car was regularly serviced and cared for.”

“Really great customer service. The high winds took out the power to the petrol station so I returned it unfilled, then the wife left her phone in the car. We only noticed once we were at the gate. The young lady ran to the car and got the phone through customs to us and didn't charge us the service fee to fill up as it wasn't our fault. Thanks so much. “Arrived one morning here. It was an autumn entrance. Dunedin Airport is uniquely situated near the shoreline, offering impressive views of the surrounding landscape. As you approach the runway, the sight of hills and meadows encircling the airport creates a peaceful and striking atmosphere—whether you’re landing or taking off, the scenery adds a special touch to the journey. Though small, the airport is modern and well-equipped, making it a convenient spot for both departing and arriving visitors. The layout is easy to navigate, ensuring a smooth experience from check-in to boarding. There’s plenty of parking available, and the access to both the departure and arrival halls is straightforward, adding to the overall ease of travel.”

“Booked Kiwi Cabs online for our group of 5. Pickup from Dunedin airport was on time and we were very happy with our direct ride to our city hotel and return trip to airport the following day. Highly recommend Kiwi cabs for friendly, reliable and quality service at an affordable rate.”

“Ordered the smoked salmon quiche at what was obviously a very busy time (delayed flight) with a fairly long queue. The staff were clearly at the limit of how fast they can work, but despite this they were extremely professional, courteous and prompt with keeping the orders going. I was advised there would be a five minute wait, which was exactly the time that passed before I was served with my piping hot order, which was absolutely delicious and definitely hit the right spot!! Couldn't possibly ask for more. I note quite a few people have commented that it's not obvious where one orders from (!!!) - clue: it's probably on the side the till, the cabinet and the juice stand are! I guess you can't help everyone...”

“Professional, Punctual, and Friendly Service! At first, I found this company through Google Search, and I noticed their ratings were quite low. I was a bit worried since I had already paid online for theAirport Dropoff. I didn't want to miss my flight. But after my experience, I feel it’s only fair to leave a positive review because their service was excellent! The driver was very punctual, and upon arrival, he kindly helped with my luggage, loading it onto and off the vehicle. Throughout the process, the driver was friendly and professional, which made me feel very comfortable. Everything went smoothly, and I wasn’t delayed at all, which ensured I made my flight on time. Overall, it was a much better experience than I expected, and certainly different from some of the low ratings I saw. I think they truly deserve a more accurate rating and I hope others will get to read my honest experience!”

“I saw it as/in passing to go to Salvation Army opportunity shop in Mosgiel. Two opp shops at least here. Wanted a place to stay the night, but could've ventured back home. Drove back after visiting Mosgiel's opp shops. Also getting sushi lunch there. Drove up, met reception, had a look at the room available, asked the price, then said "I'll take it." Later upon my return, I settled in and can report well worth staying. The room reaches my expectations, even the jug was clean, some places jug has rust inside! Thank you to Regency Motels Mosgiel. (In closing, HeHe, I often wonder with these reviews, what it would be like, if the host was to write a review about---ME!? And other guests report of me, same. Maybe Neighbours of my unit might be writing noisy night, as neighbour was snoring, other than that, the resort was superb). Regards Dcuzbromatov.”

“We only stayed one night, were wishing we had booked for longer! Was a neat tidy unit, heater was on when we got there which was nice......we were late with our arrival and they couldn't have been more understanding. Rural location, really quiet, no light coming into room at night and pet friendly!! Cutest receptionist ever, thank you Mr Darcy. Would happily go back and recommend.”

“The location, the room, the proximity to the main City of Dunedin. We arrived after a long day of travel and when we got into our room, we were so pleased with the cleanliness and the room and the fact that the heating was turned before we entered our room, so as to ensure we had a warm & comfortable room on the chilly night. Would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend to anyone visiting Dunedin”

“Our dog was well looked after over a busy period. She was happy and even put on a bit of weight, so must have loved their food. They were the only kennels that responded to my initial enquiry and booking our dog in was quick and easy.”

“The owners are SO nice ! Very accommodating with last minute reservations and anything else we needed. Quick responses. It is about 10 min from town, but the remoteness is peaceful and there are trails in walking distance. If you want a quiet getaway this is it ! Very clean as well.”
