   On two different occasions, I was looking for PlayStation 4 controllers, and games, both times the were apparently quote "Stolen" even though the website said "In Stock" So I think they are unreliable, and messy, DO BETTER.

   I would give 0 star to customer service. One of the lady supervisor is so rude and doesn't know abc of customer service. I went to click and collect my product but it didn't fit in car so have to leave it back and I was requesting to add notes just for my product security and then she started moaning at me either you leave it or take it back. Question to Warehouse: is your system dumb that your staff can't enter notes after product is marked as collect or is your staff under skilled??

   Why do you never answer your phones at any time of the day and the delay in click and collect is annoying given that online it shows 1. STOCK AVAILABLE 2. Falsely advertised that pickup would be after 6pm same day and then delayed by 2 days or.more in reality only after being baited to pay.

   All the five star reviews this store has got is because of one awesome checkout person - Richard but other staffs? Irene - a very Rude checkout staff member of this theWarehouse, no courtesy or customer service.. Racist approach. The staff Irene who was in the check out counter around 2 pm on 14.07.23, an Island family was before me who went to check out, Irene (islander) greeted and smiled etc to the family, once they were done.. we approached to the check with the items and said Hello to her, she didn’t reply, didn’t even acknowledge. She scanned the items and dumped it on the side and looked else where.. I did the payWave, normally even in the smallest store the service person ask the customer if “you want the receipt” she didn’t even ask that and didn’t provide any receipt just turned her face around. Her body language, face expressions and customer service made us feel that we should never come to this store ever again! Absolutely disgusting and these sort of staff shouldn’t be facing the customers who doesn’t even know what customer is or who intentionally does racist profiling and provide bias service!

   Richard is so lovely. 5 stars for Richard, give him a raise and never let him leave. How can someone constantly project so much happiness every time we are in store? He never fails. Thank you Richard

   I paid for laminating and photocopying to Andrea at Warehouse stationery, she packed my photocopies but forgot the laminating. Simple task, that this generation finds so difficult to multitask more then one job. Now, I have to drive all the way back to the store because no one picks up when calling the store. I hope for her sake my photos are still there and she isn’t.
