   I was surprised to see such a huge comprehensive selection of premium fragrance here!! And the best part is that the staff didn't bother me or look over my shoulder while I shopped. I ended up choosing Le Labo Bergamote 22!

   Good prices on Chanel products, but the service was very poor. The staff seemed impatient and not very welcoming, and I felt subtly rushed while looking around. A disappointing experience overall.

   Without any doubt the incredible selection of fragrance available for purchase from Auckland Airport Duty Free (and specifically just prior to departure from Auckland's international terminal) is utterly OUTSTANDING!! I saw things I have simply not seen for sale anywhere else. Melbourne has nothing that compares and I was frustrated that I didn't have several hours to browse the selection. The staff seem knowledgeable and professional so anyone who has the pleasure of making their way through duty free upon departure from Auckland make sure you have a few thousand dollars to spend. Honestly the shopping on offer is just the best I've ever witnessed and they should be congratulated for such a top notch world class shopping experience!! Well done!!

   Made an instore purchase and the cashier didn't ask me if I had Airpoints (first time traveling in quite some time) spent $200 and found out the next day you can earn Airpoints. Have been back and forth with both AirNZ and Aelia since I have my receipt and neither of them are willing to help.

   Submitted an order online a week out. The store before customs didn't have any record of it. After looking myself, finally found a small pickup place on the lower floor, by bags. First off plane but nearly last to get out. When I got home they'd also given me a different gin.

   I have contacted the customer service here many times regards to the La Mer cream I was sold under false claims. They refuse to answer the call and have put my partner on hold many times (I was out of the country). I asked the sales representative approximately 6 times "are you sure this doesn't have fragrance added to it as it smells quite strong?" She repeatedly lied to me and told me "no". This caused an extreme break out in rashes on my skin. I will also be taking this complaint further as I am appalled that they can operate under illegal circumstances. If you are the owner, it is illegal in NZ to sell something under false claims.

   Complete rip off. I've just checked prices against two NZ retailers. One bottle was $10.00 more expensive. Definitely not duty free. Wont be buying here again
