   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I visited VINZ Auckland Airport for the first time to get both a VCA and a COF-B inspection done, and I was genuinely impressed by the entire experience from start to finish. Initially, I thought an appointment was required, as I had been told earlier, but it turns out that's no longer the case—which was a pleasant surprise. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who immediately made me feel welcome. She took my details down on paper, explained the process clearly, and guided me on what to expect. Although there was a long queue, it was quite obvious the moment I parked my vehicle, so I was mentally prepared. The site layout is well-organized. The vehicle entrance is wide, clearly marked, and very easy to spot—no guesswork involved, which is great when you're driving a heavy vehicle or trailer in an unfamiliar area. When it came to the VCA, the inspector was excellent—very professional, approachable, and thorough. The assessment resulted in a few minor issues, but the inspector kindly walked me through each point, explained what needed to be done to comply, and even gave me practical advice on how to address them quickly. Thanks to this guidance, I was able to resolve the issues straight away and had no problems proceeding with the COF-B inspection. Paying and finalizing the paperwork was straightforward, and the staff made everything smooth and stress-free. What really stood out to me was how painless the entire process felt—something that’s not always guaranteed when dealing with vehicle inspections. The location itself is very convenient, with plenty of parking space and room to maneuver larger vehicles. While waiting, I appreciated the small touches—like the coffee machine and provided cups—which made the experience more comfortable. All in all, VINZ Auckland Airport provides a top-notch service with friendly, knowledgeable staff, a well-organized facility, and a customer-first approach. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a COF-B inspection or VCA. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

   Absolute waste of money and time. They noted as issues stuff like couldn't unfold third row of seats because of cardboard box wich was empty or another good one was second row middle seat missing wich could have been easily unfolded. Obviously the car had other issues as well but the overall report seems to me ridiculous. Go somewhere else

   AA couldnt inspect my BMW GSA 1200 so I was recommended to VINZ. They assisted on getting my imported motorcycle from Singapore inspected and to be road registered for $260. Glen communicate with me constantly to update on the status of my bike. Good experience

   These guys have been TOTALLY amazing to me. We have imported a vehicle from Japan and they have been doing the compliance on it. The original export certificate has gone missing with NZ Post and Sunny and Tui have gone out of their way to help me work through still getting it complied. The customer service has been top notch, pre and post of the importing of the vehicle. Helping me understand even before we purchased the car at auction what I needed to do. THEY ROCK!!!
