We were asking for directions to somewhere for a big breakfast when the friendly gentleman at the counter offered to open up the kitchen and serve us. “Excellent customer service! Shoutout to the young, Korean staff member (I'm so sorry I missed your name). It was a busy afternoon and she was attending to 2 groups of customers already when we arrived. We did have to wait for our turn. While she was letting them have a think, she then asked us what we were after. I showed her the photo of the sale ring I was looking for. She immediately knew where to find it. Got my size and done! She asked if I was interested to see any other items, but I just wanted the one. She politely excused herself from the other customers as they were still looking and took me to the counter for payment. She was so calm under pressure, and so patient with ALL of the customers, not leaving anyone out. She made me feel very valued even if I just purchased a sale item.
