   Easy to Print Fascilities from the front desk. Can work on the desks nearby provided to make alterations to documents. Photo Printing Fascilities available and it is preferable to use the Airport Photo Print service as the Manukau Store can take longer than it should. The Self-Print Service needs its own POS Machine though as it does not accept EFTPOS/CreditCards at the terminal. Can pick up a rechargeable card from the front desk to avoid the queues if your after a quick printout. A4 and A3 sizes are printable at the self-service area. All in all. It just works for your printing needs. Staff are knowledgeable about whatever your needs are. Just make sure to ask and not assume.

   Update June 2025: I thought it could t get worse but I was wrong . Come on , do better . 3 staff and none of them knew what they were doing and or wandering around aimlessly letting the awesome, friendly and professional red shirt warehouse team help customers instead . Avoid the blue shirts , they literally don’t care about their customers . No staff and the ones that were on were so incompetent it was comical ! Don’t bother , go to any other store it will be quicker . The warehouse and stationary mixed stores are all pretty bad

   Your Welcome Airport Stationary I changed your phone number to the correct one n to be told they have been trying to change it for years! Ahahaha what a joke!! And so many lies saying they would ring back! Smfh still waiting on my order that happened last week Friday LMFAO ... Don't recommend at all... please go to Manukau better service and they care there. I hope they close this branch down as the staff is making a mockery of Stationary Warehouse PERIOD!!

   They get this one star for being linked to The Warehouse! Staff are absolutely unprofessional and incompetent. What should’ve been a straight forward printing experience, as it is with other branches, it was a mission for the staff who looked like they didn’t want to work there. I wish I got the staff members names so I could name and shame them on this review. Absolute waste of time and energy coming here. You’re better off going to Manukau or Ormiston where I’ve had much better customer experiences. We were told the printer can’t print and fold our program as it would cause the printer to jam. When we never said anything about the printer or them having to fold our programs. I can’t even make this up. Sort it out and get some training or get a new job.

   So many bad experiences here’s just a few. 1: under staffed 2: staff they do have are not trained well took 3 people and over an hour to print posters from online order. 3: couldn’t find my order was told to pay again 4: couldn’t find order again was then told I must have already picked it up. 5: order same day printing at 830am online tried ringing all day no one answers EVER went to collect at 6pm was told have been too busy to print and will have to wait an hour: Go to Manukau they are awesome very professional.

   Made an order and then tried to contact them to see the progress of my order but no one picked up the phone, that number on the website will just keep on ringing forever, I go to pick up package they didn’t even ask for my ID or order number I just saw my order out in the open with my name and stuff!! And pointed at it, they just passed it over and did nothing. Really Bad overall

   Met a friendly and very personable staff named Andrea who helped guide me in preparing and printing funeral programs for a family member. Customer service was excellent and i'm thankful at such a difficult time she helped put a smile on our faces. Thank you again.
