   Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, awesome airport shuttle and a wonderful breakfast. Definitely would stay here again. Especially if you have an early flight. Lovely television, bathroom had the option of a tub or shower. Very comfortable bed.

   Hotel is conveniently located close to the Auckland International terminal. The hotel's complimentary shuttle was easy to arrange and efficient. Check in to the accessible room we had booked was smooth and efficient. We needed to book an extra night which was done without fuss. We ordered room service as well as a meal in the restaurant which we were very satisfied with. Would recommend a stay at this hotel.

   We had two nights at this hotel, one before our trip to Fiji and one on our return. Really comfortable and very convenient parking which was great value. Food was good. The night shuttle free bus was perfect. The thing that really stood out for us were the staff though, so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

   We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here between flights. We arranged an early check in which was very convenient with our young kids. Staff service was exceptional, along with the regular shuttle service between the airport and hotel. We enjoyed a half price dinner with the spring special. The gym and pool were acceptable standard. I'd recommend the Heartland over the more expensive local airport hotels.

   Family enjoyed their stay here! Friendly service from reception to kitchen staff. Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfy. Pool was a treat for the kids. We had a great stay thanks! Good selection of hot food and cereals for breakfast, only suggestion would be to add some crackers to the cheese and fruit selection ☺️ thank you HH 10/10

   Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Only issue was the TV's are a bit dated and don't have a casting option. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. Great value for the money.

   One night stay before an evening flight the next day. 2 adults and a tween. Rooms were good size and very clean. Rooms are well soundproofed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was amazing. Allowed us a very late 3pm checkout at a very generous cost. Will definitely stay again!

   The rooms were very nice and spacious. Carpet and walls and bathroom seem to have a quite outdated style but are not damaged or gross. It was actually very clean. The location is not good for tourism but they do offer a shuttle that takes you toward the airport for free. Just make sure to book it at the front desk.

   After our trip to the islands and needing a room to stay before our early morning flight back home, this was so good. The bed was comfy, room and bathroom was super tidy. Great shuttle service and lovely staff!
