   Feeling tired, looking run down and your face looking droopy. Looking in the mirror recently and for the first time I noticed how run down and blotchy my face looked. Never noticed it before. I felt like blah, yukk and wanted something to fix how I looked so I saw an advertisement for Caci Clinic and made contact that day, went in had a consultation and a chemical peel and honestly I walked out of there feeling so refreshed and light and my face feeling smooth, I mean don't expect a miracle overnight but god damn that was the best move i made and I can't wait to go back in a months time for another treatment. It was well worth it so much so that I signed up and became a member of Caci Clinic.

   Was a member here for approx. 9 months during which the service was all over the place. There was a big disconnect between the owner and the staff, and this was really obvious. Staff complained often and there seemed to be some serious issues going on behind the scenes including lack of training. Treatments were ok, the times and dates often changed without telling me, meaning I never got the frequency I was paying for and would have to constantly rebook when they were changed to the middle of the day or pushed out, sometimes weeks. I did get an apology from the owner saying “I am really sorry about this and acknowledge that you we have definitely mucked you around. We have had lots of problems with short staffing and sickness and this has definitely impacted on your treatments” I thought things would improve but despite this promises were made and broken over and over so I gave up and cancelled. Even worse, despite the terrible service, cancelling in person and in writing, they kept taking money for several months. When I pointed this out there was no apology, just a 4 word message that it had been paid back. Now that I attend another Caci, I know just how big a difference there is and the standards that Caci set. The one I go to now is amazing, helpful, professional, clean and the staff and treatments are of a really high standard. I would NOT recommend trying this franchise.

   Lovely service, always welcoming and have friendly smiles. I love the easy pay plan they have and they check to see your progress every week which I appreciate. It’s quick, easy and simple to set up a payment plan with Caci. Appreciate the lovely service x

   Great Team..wonderful People. CACI Manukau. Everytime I visit I come out a more confident person. I'd advise anyone whose looking for a proper one stop skin treatment to join Caci. My special and lovely thanks to my personal favourite Paige who is currently my skin specialist . Shes amazing . Love her treatments and her understanding of my needs . Such a beautiful vibe she carries and shes very knowledgeable in her work . I havent come out disappointed at all and I look forward to my treatments with CACI. Such an enjoyable experience. I do not have to worry about my skin now as like bfre I used to be concerned. With Caci you are in the right hands pple. No regrets Evah!
