Fantastic.... immediately 2 members of my family were correctly diagnosed with problems old doctor kept ignoring and one was operated on within a few months. Sorcha and Ben have been fantastic. Also...we have never had to wait for more than 10 minutes! Can't believe it. Definitely recommend.”

The staff were not only highly professional but also warm, compassionate, and reassuring - which made all the difference in what could have been a stressful situation. “Not sure about the negative reviews from this place but we have been enrolled here since we moved to Hamilton and our experience everytime we visit was fantastic. Staff were awesome. Came back a number of times for our child's routine vaccination and it was a stress free experience. Receptionists are friendly and our GP is great as always. Booked a day prior with a different GP (Dr. Funmi) and she was helpful and listened to my complaints. Did not appear condescending at all. Highly recommended.”

“I recently visited this clinic for my immigration medical examination. Although it took an hour for me to be attended to, the experience was smooth. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, clearly stating the wait time and setting expectations. The doctor was also very nice. I highly recommend this clinic.”

“This place has very friendly staff who will help you straight away after you enter the building. The queue is not that bad compared to other AA centre. When I did my driving theory test in this place, I met Melissa, who patiently helped me with all the requirements and encouraged me to do my best on my test. She also explained in detail about the test, the procedure, and also about the AA membership.”

“A great experience at the urgent Doctors. I arrived and gave all my details to the lovely receptionist. After 5 minutes I spoke to the triage nurse regarding my problem. I was directed to sit down again in the waiting room and after 15 minutes I was called to room 1. The doctor was so thorough with my assessment and diagnosis. I was so impressed with her even down to finding the chemist that was open the earliest to send my script to 10/10”
