I was told last Friday to come in today (Monday 30th September) due to long wait time for actual appointment so I was there before the doors opened at 8am. I waited for 3 hours and eventually got told sorry but if you go home and come back at 1.30pm we will have an appointment made for then. So. I went home came back at 1.15pm to be told the person I was gonna see has now gone home sick and I would have to wait probably another hour or more to be seen in A & E part. Are you joking me!!! You have my phone details and couldn't txt me or ring me to tell me this. Now I have to wait till the 14th October to be seen. I've come home so very upset and distraught from being mucked around and attitudes that really could care less about you. And the fact I don't drive I had to ask someone to bring me down both times that also changed their plans to bring me, and I get stuffed around like that. It's a bloody circus. So now the serious infection I have will go untreated till 14th Oct. It's no wonder people don't bother going to doctors anymore, waste of dam time, and I'm more stressed out now than before I went.
Re: Online WELL system. Not remotely close to being as good as it's MMH predecessor. Why the change? Today tried to log on, the number sent to cellphone could not be entered on the WELL login page. Two attempts, neither worked. MMH seemed not to be broken, so, again, please explain the change.
I have always been treated politely and kindly at TAMC, the doctors are efficient, listen carefully and take time during the consultation. I think we are lucky to have this clinic and that all the staff are doing their best in very busy, under resourced circumstances. The reality is that it is almost impossible to make a same day appointment with your own or any doctor and this is not their fault. Keep doing good work TAMC.
My Dad went here recently with an appointment booked for 8am. The doctor arrived to work 10 minutes late and then rushed him through his appointment and barely helped at all.
Charged for maternity care. Waited 40minutes just to get seen by the nurse. Unacceptable.
Terrible. I can never get into book an appointment. I feel as though I am inconvenienceing them by even calling. Not to mention I finally managed to book an appointment, then I was called back later on to be told it had been cancelled and moved to later on in the day. Im so over this place so I have enrolled at another medical centre at victoria clinic and have received amazing service there, and I feel as though I have actually been looked after. Wont be looking back here again
As a new patient I was very happy with the service I have received. The staff are very friendly and only to happy to help you. Although kept very busy it is a very happy practice. The medical center itself is very up to date more so than one I previously went to in a large city.
Waited days and days to get an appointment, finally managed to make one via email. Have had a gastro bug going on six days now and wouldn't let me keep my appointment due to having ONE cold and flu symptom of fever, which is obviously due to the gastro. Told to come back at 5pm or wait out the back in my car in the hopes that MAYBE I'll be seen. Not even close to good enough
Hard to get an appointment with your primary doctor within a week. The manage myhealth app is always crashing. Staff seems to turnover all the time although the ones that are there a nice.
