“Communication was awesome, lots of pre procedure information and chats prior to snip day. I love the light hearted humor in their information packs. It really does help to relax a wary mind and they use wording that relates to todays time rather than the technical terms. Straight to the point lol. Procedure was very quick and painless. A teeny tiny bit of discomfort for my husband once the numbness wore off.
