    Very poor time management. Over 30 to 60 minutes waiting over appearing time. Why have an appointment time if it's not meet. Time off work is deducted plus doctors cost. Others share my frustration.

    Incredibly understanding & personal service. I recently had a GP appointment for my 6 week old baby as well as a nurse visit straight afterward. Easy enough, except my husband was away for work so I had my 2 preschoolers with me too. It was a 4pm appointment on a Friday! Both the Dr & the nurses were so supportive & helpful as I attempted to keep the older two in line who were bursting with energy & loud voices. It was a juggle but I appreciated how kind & respectful everyone was to my children. I felt unjudged & supported. Thank you!

    I found this place to be quite unwelcoming due to the unpleasant reception staff. Every time I went I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. My partner has been made to feel the same way. The doctors are good. Dr Jordan was great. The guy who works at the pharmacy attached is amazing. But after two years, it's definitely time for my family to find a new practice.

    This has been my medical centre for over 30 years and our family has had excellent care !! They have negotiated the changes needed over this period with care and professionalism,. Thanks to James and the team who have given us great service.

    Reception is terribly rude and really need to do a course in customer service. Dr Jordan is amazing but one of the female doctors made me feel extremely judged when I went to speak to her about my mental health and well-being! I will be changing practices asap

    Why does it come at no surprise that the only negative reviews about Mount Medical is due to their receptionists. It makes absolutely no sense that the Doctors are as wonderful as they are, fronted by rude, abrupt, in-compassionate and careless women. I have been a patient at Mount Medical for many years, as well as my family too! 

In ringing to make an appointment you are met with hostility and made to feel as if you are wasting their time, in having to answer your queries. Is that not a key responsibility of a receptionist? To deal with enquiries & requests? And in the medical field should there not be some compassion? Some care? Every visit over the last few months I have been made to feel an inconvenience by the reception and the rude entitlement baffles me. My family have since left the practice and I have stuck it out due to my lovely Doctor, Jess Ryan and in knowing when she isn’t available the Doctors I have met are just as great, Tony Farrell is absolutely amazing and the nurses, Hannah Castle and Leone Wiggins have been truly lovely with myself and my children. I feel heartsore in my decision to leave the practice, for all the care, support and reassurance I have received, but I cannot stand for being treated like an inconvenience over and again. These women absolutely need to do better, it takes nothing to be kind, especially in the paid position you are in!

    I have been going to this doctor'spractice for years, and my family too! The receptionists however, I'm not sure what's happened. I'm reading a few reviews about them and I'm sad to say that I agree. I called today to be transfered to Repeat prescription, I can not recall who answered but she did not sound happy or anything of the sorts. No compassion. Every time I've visited my lovely doctor Gilian, they are very blunt whilst handing me my paper to say I've signed in, just nothing. Very glum environment. Don't seem happy to be there at all!

    Been going here for 15 years + 1. I first began to have a problem with the Centre when a very old lady walked in one day and needed an urgent appointment, even said out loud Lee you’re more than welcome to have mine and she seem to be in more need myself. The receptionist said no in a tone, I asked why and she responded no because she’s not a local and was off the Cruise Ship as why she had gone here and had a limited time. I thought it was absolutely disgusting!!! I had notice she was a new receptionist and till this day i feel she not a nice person to be working at the doctors. .2 I had gone there to find out which specialist I should go and see and if it’s faster to go private, I have been waiting for eight months and only just heard back from the public system after paying a lot of money for private..... don’t know what went wrong and lost about $500 3. Made an appointment early January only just heard a couple of days ago that the doctor never made my referral which is serious. He had three weeks to do it before he went on holiday then he went on holiday I called up to check what was going on and got told I have to wait another three weeks for him to return. Disgusting!!!! There is no responsibilities at this Medical Centre and have talked to the Manager and and they only could agree that the service was Disgusting!!!!! They should’ve offered me an appointment right away on them for there mistakes but no they never take responsibility!!! I have now changed medical centres after 15+ years. Strongly do not recommend
