New patient. GP I saw was very thorough and tidy clinic. My last medical practice was a different locum GP every visit, so this is a nice change.

What happened to this place? I tried to get a repeat prescription through their online system. They screwed around for 2 weeks. Sent it to 3 different pharmacies. Finally sent it to the one I requested and when I picked it up it wasn't what I requested. I asked them to re issue it and they sent the new script to the wrong pharmacy again. And sent me another invoice. That's the point I gave up and transferred to a new practice. I sent everything to head office so they can sort their mess out. Didn't get a thank you or any kind of acknowledgement. Management doesn't care. And now I'm getting chased for an invoice for services they failed to provide. It's a shame, the doctors are great. The admin is a complete mess. Steer clear of White Cross Greers Road.

Very sad to say that this is no longer the wonderful family medical center it used to be. I used to rave about this place, but now I warn people not to go here. In recent years the management/board changed and it is very sad. They have now become a center desperate for the money and have lost the compassion. At the end of my time enrolled here they had got to the point of asking you to write on a paper your one issue you wanted to discuss with the doctor, and then only letting you ask that even if that only took 5minutes of your 15minute appointment. The wait time had become close to 4 weeks for an appointment. And sadly, the staff had become noticeably more stressed and curt. So sad to see money and statistics suck the compassion out of a doctors office.

This is the worst doctors surgery. They used to be amazing. Been at it since I was a baby and now in my 30s. After the two main Dr's have retired I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I hated. It's awful. The receptionists are rude as and the Dr's are changing every couple of weeks and don't know anything about you and all that happens is forcing you to make unnecessary appointments, cant get any repeat prescription otherwise. My siblings left a year or so ago and I have tried to wait it out but it's just too much. If you want to be messed around and feel like garbage for existing sign up here.

Not patient focused. Recently had an appointment cancelled 45 minutes prior to it occurring. There is a long wait for new appointments. As of today (17/10) the next bookable appointment is 05/11. Meanwhile it looks like the centre is taking on new patients. How is anyone supposed to be seen?

Lazy and unprofessional. I have been at this practice ever since I arrived in NZ two years ago, my doctor was awesome until he left the practice, and it’s clear to me the reasoning why now. I wouldn’t recommend going to this practice at all, they are rude over the phone(IF THE EVEN ANSWER), doctors are always sick and taking days off meaning your appointment is cancelled last minute. I am severally asthmatic and this peanut of a doctor I have now, since my old doc left has refused to supply me my inhaler aswell as my antidepressant meds until I see him for a medical review!! I’ve been struggling to breathe and now haven’t had my meds in a week, causing me to be violently ill. Save your money and invest in a worthy doctors practice, not this rat race of a β€œbusiness”. If I could rate 0 star I bloody would.

I have been a patient here for well over twenty years, and it has really gone downhill. One of the older receptionists was quite disrespectful to me at a prior visit, and she mentioned personal details in front of a full waiting room, which I felt was unethical and unprofessional. I think waiting two weeks for an appointment can be dangerous, and it is very expensive for patients to go to after hours. I would like to see this practice return to the high standards it used to have.

Our family have been going here for years (15) or more, but since Dr David Mann left, (and it’s seems all the other very good doctors too), The new doctor knows best, even though he doesn’t listen, don’t bother complaining to the current centre management either, as when I requested another doctor for my wife to see, or we would have to find somewhere else, she informed me that the current doctors have about 300 to many patients anyway… nice. What shame, was such a nice practice, waiting time were always long, but the old doctors were worth the wait, now waits times are still long, but you will get the bums rush after 15min, I mean 5mins in front of actual doctor, cause he’s running late…

This practice has been steadily getting worse. The 15 minute one issue consult is a disgrace. Especially when you have to wait over 2 weeks on average to get an appointment. I have an existing condition but still couldn't see anyone. Sending to after hours is shocking as they do not have access to your notes. They seem to go through doctors all the good ones don't stay which is a shame makes you wonder about the work culture there. I tried to see the locum who said he would be there 3 months and to come back if any problems. Yeah right I had a problem but couldn't get past gestapo at the front desk. If you do manage to get past front desk then you have to wait until a nuse calls you back when convenient and plead your case all over again begging for an appointment. Also it used to be if your doctor not available you could see someone else but that has been blocked now as well. People could die with this attitude I never thought I would live in a country where you cannot see a doctor when necessary. Can't blame Covid now!

Pretty much roulette on whether the receptionist thinks your important enough for an appt, 2 week wait for appts sometimes if you plead your case they magically find one sooner, although the Drs themselves are lovely always running behind. I've been coming here for well over 10 years and have countless times spent longer then 45 mins waiting past the time of my appt. Doesn't turn the phone lines on at the time they say they open then can't ring between 12 and 1 because both receptionist go to lunch. Sends everyone to after-hours without asking any questions not very happy here.
