   I have nothing but nice things to saw about this practice - reception, nurses and doctors. I have seen a few doctors there i.e Jill and Nicky and I think it was Richard - all super efficient. Today I saw Joanna. I had an appointment this morning and before 12 noon she had arranged for blood tests and an ultrasound and rang back with the results. Well done Durham Health.

   Rude reception & always late, not just a little. I’ve waited more than an hour on several occasions. They don’t even acknowledge or apologise. Consistent reviews having similar experiences.

   Absolutely rotten practice. I went in with water on the knee once and the doctor said if I want it removed, to re book and come in. I rebooted, saw a different doctor who told me "im not doing that" then charged me again anyway. My encounters with the since have always been. Fully booked sorry, you'll have to wait days. Do better Durham Health

   I struggle to even give one star to Durham health in Rangiora. My daughter and myself have been in Rangiora for 2 years and I still cannot get my daughter enrolled in Durham health. I am enrolled with Durham health my mother is enrolled and so is my stepfather and my son. I enrolled my daughter 2 years ago and I have been waiting and waiting and waiting. A couple of months ago I checked to see if I could get her in and the receptionist told me I had to fill out a form I told her I'd filled out that form over a year ago and I still hadn't heard anything and the receptionist told me that the registration process had changed and I had to fill out another form and go on the waiting list. It is disgusting that I have to wait this long to get my daughter whose medical records are in otago into a doctor in Rangiora. I will not go into the details of why it is now urgent but let's just say Durham health did not care that my daughter is ill they just told me that I needed to go on the waiting list.

   5 star experience at Durham Health. Amazing kind efficient and professional care from reception HCA nurse and doctor . Followed by St John ambulance and ED Christchurch Hospital. well cared for all the way. Well done. Felt bad walking in at 4.15 on a Friday but glad I did.

   I felt compelled to write a review on my experience at Durham Health. I needed to have a small procedure actioned at the surgery by Dr Terrance Goh, and I cannot express enough what a wonderful manner he has not to leave out the confidence he gives me in his ability to be on top of things. This procedure needed urgent attention and both him and a nurse were happy to work through their lunch to look after me. I am new to the surgery and feel blessed to have this team as a whole looking after my health needs.

   Can't get appointments have to wait a week to be seen, not acceptable bad practice , rude reception, late appointments when you even get one, Also online booking has been down for couple years. Wouldn't recommend and will be moving.

   I have been going to Durham Health for 14 years now (I am 32) and have always had fantastic treatment. The team are approachable, helpful but ultimately kind which is truly valued. A huge thank you to the reception team, nurses, Janine and Dr Aspell for your constant caring service.

   I've been with Durham health many years, doc Cam was great he left! Then I found Angela Stewart what an amazing doctor I could ask for better, she has helped me in so many ways improved my life so much , I would be lost without her! The nurses have changed alot over the years which has been bit upsetting as I used to know all of them on nurse who is great is Paige very kind caring lovely lady,the receptionist have changed but Amanda Linda Michelle Margo Kay have always been very polite and the practice manager has always been heloful
