I went in for an eye check. Reception was excellent. The eye check went very smoothly. I had a good experience.

Iβve never complained about a doctor before because everyone has always been so helpful. My latest appointment left me in further distress than going into the appointment. I felt dismissed during my consultation β my concerns werenβt taken seriously, and I was left without any clear plan or follow-up. I also felt singled out and experienced a degree of discrimination, which was upsetting. I submitted a formal complaint, but it has gone unacknowledged by the Practice Manager. I would suggest avoiding this practice - they donβt care.

Rude receptionists rang up to ask about the health shuttle only to be put straight through to health NZ before I even got to mention & ask about the Health Shuttle from South Dn to Te Kaika run by Te Kaika, then when I rang back was told it isnt running anymore when on their website it's still available, if I hadn't rung to fi d out where the pi kup stops were myself & other patients with appointments at the Wellbeing Hub or Te Kaika could have missed their appointments, when I suggested that they remove the shuttle service from their website they wouldn't do anything about it, pretty poor very rude phone service from more than one staff member on several occasions spanning the last 8 weeks answering the phone on the Te Kaika number, shame on you, I have heard from more than dozen people about rude reception staff & judgemental attitudes towards patients that they dont know, I left your medical centre few years back because of these bad attitudes & it is still happening

Don't go there if you need an emergency appointment, theyll make you wait in a queue but it has to be first in first serve and it has to bang on 8.45, so if you have an infection, you can't get seen. First in first serve. It takes months to be seen as well. And Rachel Wright it's not professional to tell someone that they're "not anorexic anymore" because they're looking healthy. Has nothing to do with it. It's more of a phycology thing as it is physical, start acting like a proper GP. I've already been told I'm going to die

So, Pathetic service, booked appointment at 3.45...waiting there from 3.30....unfortunately no call until 4.30, Receptionist so rude attitude... I think this people not well good enough about the time management. If someone delayed 5 minutes they will refuse the appointment...seems not Okay.

Very upset with service today. My son had a 1.30pm phone consultation. I did not reach the phone in time, called back immediately, believing Wlwe were still within the appointment time. Was told dr would call me. At 4.30. I rung again. Now 5pm. Have not received consultation. Now will need to visit Urgent Drs and pay exorbitant prices concerning my son. Very disappointing!

Cheap and nasty. Rude reception staff and absolutely incompetent doctors. One example being I had an ACC claim in which I emailed the doctor I saw with all the information he needed to forward to them, I then get a call from ACC weeks later telling me they had received no information about my claim and it was now going to be delayed a further 5 or so weeks because they had to source the information themselves, this all could have been avoided had he actually forwarded the correct information like he said he would. This is only one of MANY stressful encounters Iβve had at this doctors practice. I am now back at my old doctors Aurora and couldnβt be happier with service I receive there. I really feel for people that cannot afford to go elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely appalling rude reception staff, went in with my 2 Yr old after waiting for 9 days for an appointment, 45 mins wait time past the appointment (which I understand to a degree) but then when the doc finally called my toddlers name another lady with the same name jumped in and the receptionist just gave me a smug smile and shrugged her shoulders.... Another 20 mins later we finally got in to see a doc who was rude and dismissive! No wonder the hospital is under so much stress when the clinics are so poorly run!!
