Highly not recommend this insurance, the most poor service. Especially when you have emergency case or accident and you need urgent help , instead of promised 5 working days , they reply in couple of weeks in a best scenario…and in the end they will tell you that they not gonna cover anything .. and they don’t care that you are international student who might not afford sudden treatment .The purpose of getting insurance (not the cheapest btw )it’s insure, in case if any help will needed , so for that money better to get another insurance and package will be more comprehensive.
Most useless insurance. When in emergency and in pain, and surgery is required, read your policy wording, that is on a website and never given to you in the first place.
Trash insurance company in NZ. Never try this one if u want to waste your money.
One of the worst experiences ever please don't go with unicare if taking student cover. They only talk about cover for loss of items. But will eventually find a way of declining your claim. I had my bag stolen fr the staff area in the hotel then lodged a complaint send all my documents and receipts and then got declined the claim since the staff area was not under lock and key. Even after mentioning that threre is a pin code required.to enter that area and is accessible to staff only. Sad and bad.
