Excellent reception, technician, and radiologist (Claire and Dr Rose). They have accommodated an urgent request, and explained the process of scan and intervention very well. Easy claim process with Southern Cross. Grateful for the team.
I request the management to look at the feedbacks. Very unprofessional people at Hamilton City Branch. Both at the counter & the ones doing the scan. If you are unhappy doing your job get out, why spoil customers day by your rude behaviour. I saw how they treat Indian ladies. They should have an inquiry done on this matter.
Hamilton Anglesea branch - 3rd time booking an appointment with them this year (2025) as I like to have access to my scans via the I-Med app and 3 times I have been called on the day of my appointment to say that the staff member is sick. I understand that people become unwell, however, 3/3 is just ridiculous. I asked a staff if there is an option for a plan-B should the staff become unwell as I explained this has happened twice before this year, unfortunately they have nothing in place. I booked in advance all 3 times and then I get the option of rebooking with them in another 2 weeks down the line. No thanks, your staff will probably be sick again. Very unreliable, not worth booking with them if you have emergency scans that need to be done asap. Also, their receptionist is rude!!
HAMILTON RADIOLOGY, ANGLESEA BRANCH I recently had a PET-CT scan and was incredibly impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. The staff were not only highly professional but also warm, compassionate, and reassuring - which made all the difference in what could have been a stressful situation. From the moment I was booked in, I was made to feel at ease. My greatest appreciation to Alicia who was a true gem with her never-ending patience in explaining every little step to me. She made me comfortable and relaxed and her sense of humour kept me going. We need more staff like you for sure, Alicia! Hats off to you! Zero communication from the staff. The receptionist were rude and blaming others for miscommunication, donβt have basic manners to behave in professional way that they need to communicate when they book any appointments. Wouldnβt recommend this to new comers at all.
Best radiology experience so far. Friendly staff and you feel well looked after.

ROTOTUNA BRANCH Communication absolutely poor, booked an appointment I inform them I couldn't get there at 9am as I was 30 mins from the place that was free and the appointment was booked at 9am when I rung at 850am, so the first operator told me just to go in as soon I can, than I rung again to inform them and was told by The second operator that they wouldn't take me in as I was 40mins "late" but still try to go in. We had shown up and one of the receptionist was absolutely rude about the whole situation. We did try book in again but her times didn't suit my other kids so I just left.
Hamilton Radiology is the place if you need an imaging scan. Beautifully designed and the most friendly staff , was not waiting long at all . Did not have to wait for my own doctor as the imaging specialist told me my results straight away. Great place
Technician kept insisting my wife was wrong about her period dates when she couldn't find anything on the scans, so we booked another appointment weeks later. On the next appointment (different technician), we were told that symptoms were pointing to a miscarriage. We didn't really appreciate how when we tried asking about other reasons for finding nothing on the scans on the first session, the tech just kept saying, are you sure about your dates or you just got your period dates wrong.
