   Whilst there are some great staff here the bad reviews are not for no reason. There are some really difficult people to work with here.....I wish I didn't need medication. Patronizing, power hungry un flexible people.

   I have read a lot of the reviews and they are the opposite of what I have experienced. I see 3 different ppl at the medical center...my GP,my Health Coach,and my HIP. All 3 of them are very caring and genuine. I highly recommend Dr Joshua Smith,Sarah and Anne. I couldn't ask for better care. Much better than Papakura where I lived 9 mths ago. Lovely Dr's and nurses,they have all referred me to different services which I really needed. Thanks Katikati Medical Center

   I had a great first appointment at Katikati Medical. My GP was took time to understand my medical history and issued blood tests to get a baseline record of my health. It was such a different experience from my GP in Auckland who didn't bother taking my medical history, didn't ask for a baseline, and kept discouraging me from taking my prescribed medications. The receptionists were really friendly too and helped me enroll when I struggled to do it online.

   One of the worst medical center in NZ. Useless and arrogant staff. Even if someone is suffering strong pain or something else, they only care about covid 19 symptoms. Just complete nonsense. I wish I could complain somewhere about the medical center that how patients are treated with no respect and when a patient try to ask something they always give a rude answer.

   Very disappointed at the rushed 15 minute appointment my family member received. With suicidal tenancies, he finally made an attempt to reach out and get help and was brushed off, told to go elsewhere. Disgusting treatment. Absolutely appalled by the doctor who seen him. I will be taking this further.
