Wouldn't help me with any sort of care or treatment for my condition. Passed my chest infection off as just residue three times. Changed my booking a day before my original date. Would contact other institutions to tell them to tell me to take bad reviews down. Referred me somewhere that didn't help but just took all my logic and IP, put it into AI to have it spun into structure then trialed back on me the next session. Then referred me to a peer support worker to help me navigate getting back into the workforce: whom got me to sit in their personal car as they talked about their personal issues and other strange things the whole time, (unstable). I just needed help with a job.. The doctors also wouldn't refer my child to the skin specialist when their skin was breaking out with extreme exema. Just a sorbalene with makes it worse. No care or compassion has been demonstrated

Just look at all the 1 star ratings. Including mine, as this place is terrible.. Not only do they not want to help.. They want to give you one heck of a difficult time. They wouldn't check my fluid on the lungs for over 6 months, saying I'll be fine its probably just residue... Now I'm very sick. Taking thier frustration out on patients? Not sure, but something wrong is definitely going on here. Malpractice is a word that comes to mind. Se you in court!

On my last check-up, my husband and I were experiencing the same symptoms. The nurse specifically asked us to come in together, so we booked and arrived at the same time. When we entered the doctorβs office, however, he told us to leave because we βneeded two appointments.β After paying, we were still seen together in the same consultation. I donβt have an issue with paying for two appointments, but the way this was handled was unnecessarily humiliating. We could have sorted the payment after the consultation instead of being made to leave the room and come back in. This isnβt the first time, either. Dr. Savage was already quite curt to me on a previous visit. At that time, I brushed it off, thinking it was just a bad day. This latest incident shows it wasnβt just that. He is always the only one available, I can't even remember the last time I saw my GP, not even sure if they are still there. This practice was recommended to us, but even the person who made the recommendation has already moved on.

I never get to see my own doctor anymore as she is always booked weeks in advance and the last two times I have had to get a last-minute appointment, I have been seen by Dr. Savage and he is the worst doctor I have ever had, zero empathy, almost feels like YOU'RE inconveniencing him being there. The first time recently I went in for a blood pressure check to make sure I'm still ok taking the pill I was on, then while I was there I asked about ADHD assessment options to which he rolled his eyes, which didn't make me feel very great or validated. The second more-recent visit, I was in for being sick for over a week and not improving plus a back injury. Granted, he got me an x-ray for my back which was great because I'd never actually had one for the initial injury in 2015 or any reaggravation of it which I was appreciative for. But while I was there, he was short/stroppy with me, again showed zero empathy, assumed I couldn't afford to see a specialist on my own with no health insurance/it not being under ACC (when I actually can afford it), explained he hated chiropractors, which is fair but unprofessional in my opinion to just come out and say it to a patient. He told me to buy a book (???) to treat my back and watch exercises on YouTube. Did not refer me to physio, I had to do that on my own accord. It was just a really dreadful experience and I will refuse to be seen by him ever again. He feels very old-school and needs to get with the times, it's 2025. Both times when leaving I would say "thank you so much, have a good day" etc. and all he could say as I left both times was "right". He needs to work on his people skills, people are coming in there in sometimes their most vulnerable states, it's not fair. I walked out feeling terrible both times, he honestly made me want to immediately enroll somewhere else. I've heard wonderful things about the new doctor Oliver though, so I will be looking to try and book with him in the future. EDIT: After speaking with the Practice Manager, she has restored my faith in the practice a lot, it was really reassuring hearing from her and she understood and validated my feelings completely.

My 1 star rating says it all. Looking into changing GP practice. Not getting a great feeling of trust, empathy and having someone that understands the traumatic journey I have been on. Very brash, time watchers and just not a great experience overall for myself and my son. Reception/admin/nurses and health care and well-being people are great. I have been told great things about this practice but just not feeling it. My anxiety is high each time I go in and even worse when I leave. I need someone that is happy to take the time to understand and get to know me and my family when it comes to our health. Not just rush us and make comments that are totally not okay.

Receptionists not very friendly, Doctors practically pushing you out of the door as soon as you walk in .No more of the great friendly doctor patient service, like it always was back in days of when it was in Gayhurst Rd.

Honestly worst doctors you could go to. Straight up. Been coming here for roughly ten or so years and I've hated every bit of it, could never get any help. All they cared about was getting each patient in and out as quickly as possible and not care about their health and just take their money. Almost feels like this place only cares about money. Moved doctors and I'm finally able to have my health taken seriously. If I need a new gp in the future, there's no way I'm coming back here. Seriously if you value your health and time. Find somewhere else to go. This is coming from someone's who's been coming to this gp for way to long. I'm saying this so people don't waste their time and money here and get the help they need.

Had Judith Rikmanspoel as my doctor, first of all she was 17 minutes late to see me which is longer than the appointment itβs self and didnβt even mention sorry for being late. I went to the doctor to get nothing else other than a doctors certificate as I had already been to the physio. She heard what I had to say and then wrote me a certificate well not suggesting any type of help with my injury or what the injury may be. For a 5 min appointment with no help or interest to help me I was charged full price. $42 for a 5 minute appointment I think is shocking and Judith should be better considering her hourly rate

My experience here has been great. Just before Xmas last year I had a very stressful scare. In a matter of days (just two before Xmas) I had a scan booked to further investigate and when the dr broke the news. of what it could be it was given in a kind caring way, which is what I needed.

Changed doctors after many years at previous facility to here. Fantastic.... immediately 2 members of my family were correctly diagnosed with problems old doctor kept ignoring and one was operated on within a few months. Sorcha and Ben have been fantastic. Also...we have never had to wait for more than 10 minutes! Can't believe it. Definitely recommend.
