“It has been a devine blessing to be able to go to the hospital. My wife was in absolutely great pain when I took her to the hospital at around 8pm. It was from the moment I arrived at the hospital, it has been a perfect service with respect, kindness and utmost concern for an individual who was in a great distress. I just want to thank every individual around the hospital I. E. THE DOCTORS, nurses, janitors, and or even the ward assistants. They were all very very good and their response towards my wife was excellent. My wife Alpana Goundar had a gallbladder operation and the enter team that were responsible has done a supurb job. I don't know all of them by name but they were all just simply best. The nurses I remember were Deepa and Sally not forgetting others THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH.”

“The district nurses are very care to patients and professional. Reception ladies are also very kind. It opens 7 days a week, even on the public holidays. Plus, there are always plenty parking spaces. I really appreciate their working on my wound care.”

“Experienced amazing care from the team today from reception and triage team as well as Dr Munro. I have severe back pain caused from an injury a few weeks ago and the care provided by the whole team made me feel at ease. I was seen to promptly and was given a bed to lay down on in a room as I was to uncomfortable to stand or sit down on a chair. The nurses checked in on me regularly and everyone took their time with me and made me feel listened to and truly cared for even though I could tell how busy you all were. I truly appreciate everyone for the care provided today ♥️ thank you so much xx”

“I have had Dr Morrison as a GP for some years now , there is no need to change. He is both compassionate and extremely able as both physician and person . I never feel rushed and he has come through for me on personal issues time after time . His nurse is absolutely terrific and the centres staff first class . I cannot recommend St Albans medical centre highly enough !”

“Two weeks ago I was on a cruise to New Zealand. I had had a procedure done prior to leaving Australia and it became infected on the seas. I was hanging to get to Dunedin to get assistance. The staff were just such lovely helpful people right from the moment I arrived to my departure. I was taken care of so professionally by everyone, things were done so I could get back on the ship by days end. A specialist was called, she was just wonderful. All in all the very best experience in an emergency in my life. (I've had a few). Thankyou to everyone, you are a shining beacon to others with your professionalism and empathetic care. “Last week, my mom and I went to the AA to handle some car-related matters. We happened to meet one of your colleagues named Josh. He first explained the details of the process to us, then guided us to the area where we needed to fill out the forms. Josh patiently explained each question and helped us understand many things we were unsure about, providing clear solutions to our problems. We were very impressed by his excellent service attitude and patience, which was much better than what we’ve experienced at many other AA locations. We arrived at around 4 p.m., near the end of a long workday, yet Josh still took the time to carefully explain everything to us without rushing. When we walked out of the AA, my mom told me that we must make sure to thank Josh properly. Because of our busy schedules, we forgot to do it right away, and only today my mom reminded me again. So, we just want to say a big thank you to Josh for his help. Next time, if we have any car-related matters, we will definitely go to Josh again and recommend our friends to find him too.”

“We just spent a couple of hours in Lower Hutt A & E. For a place where you are dealing with people in pain, I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received from the nurses and the doctor. Especially Nurse Jaynie. She did her best to distract my mum and keep her mind off the pain and it was very greatly appreciated. Please know that you are all doing an exceptional job. I’m always surprised by how quick, accurate, and thorough her work is. She really listens, explains things clearly, and makes you feel cared for. I also saw Dr. Carl, the women’s health doctor, and had such a great experience. She made me feel completely comfortable, talked me through everything step by step, and turned something I was preparing for the worst into a calm, non-traumatic process. Truly grateful for her care. Highly recommend this clinic!”

“Had a very positive and easy experience at my visa medical appointment today, the staff were very friendly and organised and the doctor was so kind and made me feel completely at ease. I was seen promptly and also had a great experience going across the road to get my x-ray- so convenient and great not to have to organise it separately! I went to these guys a couple of years ago for a different visa application (also a great experience) and am so glad I remembered and came back this time!”

“Few years ago I went to dinsdale clinic. Dr Gordon Tam was super good to me. At that time I had depression and Dr Gordon help me on this process . I not longer live in Hamilton so I am not longer his patient however he was the best doctor I ever had. Thanks to him I still here. He will be forever in my mind and prays.”

“I arrived last week in an ambulance after a hip replacement elsewhere to be greeted by a bulging ED with resources clearly stretched. Despite that I was seen quite quickly and was admitted for a cardioversion. The procedure was completed quickly and effectively the next morning. Despite being a large and complex facility the staff were terrific; thanks to the cardiologists, theatre staff, nurses on Ward 10 and the many others who assisted. All were super helpful and cheerful which was much appreciated.”

“Came here for a couple weeks for a winter getaway. Was not disappointed! Outstanding service from the gourmet dining in to the karaoke lounge room classes. If you are visiting Dunedin this is the place to stay! Luxurious bedding, breakfast in bed and they even have a a tennis court. There’s no time for boredom at the Wakari resort; if you’re not out shooting hoops or taking a piss there’s a huge selection of essential oils to smell at the reception area. If I haven’t convinced you yet picture yourself in front of a flat screen tv relaxing to informercials, creating masterpieces in the spacious art area or cigarette but collecting in the beautiful gardens with your new friends. This place truly has it all.”

“Nothing but positive reviews for the Doctor at Kroad Medical Centre. All in all, she is SOLO so she does it all on her own. Patient's need to give her empathy. Today, I really needed to see a Doctor. I called 3 Different Doctors, DR Chand was able to see me the same day. Yes it was a bit of a wait, however I didn't have to wait weeks and weeks to get better. Dr was very understanding, provided professional advice and I received the care I needed. Again, some people need a bit of empathy for the Doctors when medical is a very long wait these days.”

“My husband went to Botany SuperClinic Public Hospital in November 2023. There were at least 40 patients waiting in the clinic. Luckily, as my husband is a chronic asthmatic who suffered from short of breath, he didn’t need to wait for a long time. Staff there are very nice and helpful. If you are not feeling well, let’s go there and get appropriate medical treatment.”

“The worst place we have ever been to. Not a friendly place to walk into. Very unfriendly place very dull place.The reception was most un helpful. We ended up walking out, until we talked to the hospital that sent us there. We went back and had wait for hour an quarter. Not impressed with horizon Northcote.”
