Happy with the service and outcome. Great that there is a Pathlab and pharmacy there as well. Do understand the health system is under a lot of pressure and people are trying to go their best.
Phoned in to ask for a doctors certificate due to the side affects of the medication that had been prescribed to me. Basically got laughed at and told βthe doctor thinks that I am overreacting and sees no reason for the medical certificateβ. The lack of professionalism and empathy is next to none at this doctors. Not to mention itβs impossible to get an appointment. I could write an essay on the misconduct I have experienced from them.
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY. I have seen multiple people come in with serious medical emergencies and the ladies at the counter tell them that they're not an emergency clinic. Everyone there is medically trained but they will ONLY help if they're being paid for it. I've never even seen them call an ambulance for these people. Other than that, the doctors are as expected but the nurses are really nice. However, the nurses that take blood have never left me without at least a bruise after.
Unable to books scheduled vaccines for 6mth old, need to go in and join the queue. We went early to join the queue to be told they were no longer accepting walk ins today. Unable to get an appointment when the same infant has conjunctivis and a cough. Go in at opening to try beat the rush and have to argue with staff to join the queue. We are now investigating other options, compared to 3 years ago when we arrived to Cambridge the quality of service has decreased considerably.
Diagnosed with with injectors deadly bug and these guys don't want me to have any paint relief and as me to go into the supermarket to by antibiotics which health professionals say don't work on this particular bug good luck with these guys theu just unleashed the new pandemic
I cant stop thinking about my experience so I'm leaving this review. Dr Hamilton is NOT someone to go to if you are in mental distress. She will not listen, she may turn you away and tell you that you're fine even after you've made it clear that you need help. This has DEVASTATING consequences. It happened to both me and my sister on separate occasions when we needed help the most. It is unethical, unprofessional, and cruel. Absolutely horrendous.
Money makers, have lost their sympathy and understanding. Charged 3 times for sending medication to wrong pharmacy, don't think a 5 minute fax is worth nearly $50 and in the end had to ring the wrong pharmacy to forward the script on to the correct one because 4pm is 'after hours' for the medical centre. Phone call consults are also charged at full main fee, whereas other medical centres provided discounted services.
Absolutely love and praise Dr Claire Hamilton for her outstanding manner both professionally and personally she is consistent with this through the 9 years she has been our family GP! Extremely supportive of those who have made Informed Based decisions to NOT Vaccinate their healthy babies/children and makes it known she expects any other doctor or nurse at the practice to treat our family with the same kindness and respect! Also Nurse Kate was the same if she is still there now I'm not sure but most of the reception staff have also been very helpful as it is a rare occasion for any of my kids to go there it seems to be at sudden short notice due to a physical injury they have always made sure we are seen promptly by a triage nurse which has been greatly appreciated by us over the 9 years!
Disappointing - booked a full medical checkup. My blood pressure, height and weight were checked in a quick 10 minute run through - cost $50.
